This company has horrible customer service and lies just to get business. I used their company because they said they would replace broken shutters. I have 4 kids and needed a company that would fix broken shutters without being robbed blind for replacements. When I called about this they said that's not true now and want me to pay out of pocket for repairs. Everytime I contact them about anything they basically make me beg for service by not responding or getting back to me about what I need in a timely matter or at all. I would not recommend using this company especially if you have kids. You came out once and I've been calling and emailing to get you guys back out here but your customer service is so poor you guys don't follow through and make your clients have to do it for you. I chose your company because you guys did tell me you would repair broken shutters due to accidents which was obviously a flat out lie to get my business knowing you weren't going to back it up after you got my business. I ordered a custom Roman Shade and it's a piece of Plastic stapled to a piece of wood and the strings to open / close are on one side and do not work to open. My Blinds are beautiful. They do a great job once it's all done. We had several issues getting there. I almost gave up. Scheduling was wrong, salesman made several mistakes when ordering, paperwork was sent to the wrong address, delivery and installation had to wait due to the mistake of salesman. Scratched ceiling while installing. Would I recommend the company yes, they did make it better but I warn that you have issues getting there as well. You need to be patient. But you will love the shutters when you get them!!! *update in reply to the statement from the company the scheduling mix up was not as you stated i did pick that date. The problem was it was the salesman coming out never showed up to the first visit and never called to let me know. I called the office to them know and then had to reschedule.
