When that happens your S.O.L. I should of just bought 5 coated windows. Now I paid $450 and one is fogging up because they broke the seal. I have only lived here 3 years and did not know how old they were. After the window was damaged and they finally came out to look at it the guy took a picture in the corner of the window which Cody did not do and told me the windows were 29 yrs old. These windows are 5 ft high and about 20 in wide. probably cost me more to replace the window than what I paid for tint on all 5. Lesson learned! Had they told me that could happen I would not have done it.
