I think I found my new regular eyebrow salon! PROS: They do a great job. I have an eyebrow piercing and that was no problem to the stylist. She was able to work around it great. I told her I only wanted a cleanup, I do not like thin eyebrows. She cleaned up my eyebrows some and let me check in the mirror midway to make sure I was liking what I was doing, I absolutely appreciated it. The place is walk-in only, and there were about 4 people ahead of me, and I waited for about 15-20 minutes, so not too bad! There is a free parking lot CONS: CASH ONLY! I'm so thankful I grabbed some cash before I went, or else I would have no way of paying. I also couldn't seem to find a price list posted, so I'm not sure what the regular price is for everything. Would be nice to have one posted so you can take a picture of it/know what you are about to be charged. Overall, great experience and I will come back! I would give 5 stars if they took card or even Venmo.

As a man, I was dreading my first eyebrows threading experience, but the situation was getting out of hand. I never imagined that this little spot in a strip mall of Vine would be such a fantastic experience. From the service to the tranquil and tasteful atmosphere, Bliss seems like it should be in Beverly Hills. I left looking great and feeling even better. With such reasonable prices, this place is truly a diamond in the rough. read more

I always come here to get my brows threaded BUT today, I've been sitting outside the place for over half an hour and nothing. Super disappointed, change your hours if you have to but I don't like the fact that it says "open from 11-7 " when you're not open for most of the hours. P.s. 4 other people stopped by and were just as disappointed as I was. read more

YOGIS!!! Other than unbelievably satisfying threading results (which are rare!!) this place is the perfect place to find the best health and wellness oils , crystals, incense and more!!!! Too rough. Slices the thread into your skin and makes the eyebrows too thin, like in the 90s. Also charges too much ($15) for subpar eyebrow threading. Also not great customer service. read more

I was referred go this location for my brows and they didn't fail me! It was my first time with threading, Vani took care of me! No pain at all! I was expecting the worst but seriously, didn't feel any pain at all. I like the shape they did for my eyebrows from bushy shapeless to this! They're really affordable too! Based on all the reviews I was really hoping for a great experience, but that was not the case. Came in on a Saturday afternoon with only one person ahead of me and already in the chair. I noticed that the technician really took her time on the person in the chair, which gave me hope I'd be treated the same way. Not the case. No greeting, just told me to sit. She was extremely rough and rushed throughout the threading(far from my first threading experience), didn't clean the hairs off my face, and haphazardly rubbed aloe on my eyebrows. $15 for a terrible experience and a so-so finished product. read more

This used to be my go-to threading place, and I would come every 3 weeks or so on my way home from work. PROS: - Good work most of the time - Friendly, but still focused on the job - Didn't experience any cuts or burns - Reasonable prices + loyalty card CONS: - Inconsistent hours* - Sometimes pushy for reviews - Often more painful than at other salons *The main con for me was the inconsistent hours = not being open when the store sign and Yelp page say they're open. The first time it happened, it was 4:30pm on a typical Wednesday. The door was locked, but there was no sign nor change to posted operating hours. Although I was annoyed, I thought hey, maybe there was an emergency, and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, the second time it happened, it was on a Saturday half an hour past the supposed opening time. I waited 5 minutes, then left. I don't enjoy wasting my time. read more

I've been here several times now and I'm always pleased with the results so it's time for a quick review. Bliss is located in a small shopping plaza next to a nail salon, there is usually decent parking during the day but can fill up at certain times. The times I have gone, I've seen only 1 person there so there can be a wait depending on the rush. Today, there was 3 people waiting so I got my nails done next door (very convenient) and when I went back, there was not a single person there. The price of $10 is higher than what I'm used to paying in other areas but this location is convenient, she is good and at the end of the day it's not too much $ out of pocket. Make sure to ask for a stamp card so you can earn your way to some free services. read more

The owner needs to throw in the towel. She clearly has no desire to run an actual business -- that is incredibly clear by the way she runs this business. They are NEVER open. Take the business hours as a suggestion ONLY because 95% of the time the door is locked and she is nowhere to be found when they are allegedly open. I came today and there is a haphazard sign in the front window stating that they are closed due to 'some emergencies'. They must have 'some emergencies' daily since I'm almost positive I've seen this sign posted before. Would not recommend the owner for eyebrow threading -- she always does it way too thin. The only saving grace for this business is their one employee who does a great job threading eyebrows. Unfortunately -- she only works Thurs-Sunday! I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has encouraged her to leave this crap business for an eyebrow threading salon of quality. *** came back the next day at noon to get my nails done -- sign was gone but door was locked and still closed!! read more

I came in to get them cleaned she made them thin . She was prideful, arrogant and just very unfriendly! And way to expensive for what I did not ask for ! It takes forever to grow eyebrows be mindful of that! Also if you are mad or sad and have to go to work leave at home ! Business is not a place to carry this too! Times are hard for everybody! But I came here for a service and I got horrible service ! Unacceptable behavior ! Don't ever tell a client what you did look better than what they actually asked for ! Never again read more

Tried this place today and am extremely disappointed. I already have thin eyebrows and explained this beforehand. However, she did not take this note and threaded off most of my eyebrow. Thankfully I caught it before she did the second. For those with think eyebrows this may not be a huge deal but for me it's a lot. Feeling frustrated. It's takes so long for my brows to grow! read more

I love love love Vani. I came here just passing by going for walk & i havent stopped coming since. She has been the only person to touch my eyebrows since 2018 & i dont plan on changing it. Shes very sweet, caring, works at a good speed. She has now added so much more from skin care, incense, perfume, crystals, & more. On top of a new renovation. The skincare changed my skin so much.. overall 10/10!! Highly recommended. This is my favorite little get away! read more

Been coming to Bliss Brow for almost 3 years now. Seen two different girls in that duration of time. So not a huge turnover at all and consistent. No bells or whistles but efficient and beautiful work. Not to mention.....ONLY 10 DOLLARS for eyebrows !!! I have never left not happy with my brows or the service. I used to live 3 minutes drive away and now live across town and will STILL drive all the way here for a brow cleanup. Need a simple good threading place? Try Bliss. read more

I went here and got my brows done really well. But for the past two attempts there is always a sign that says they will be back in 10 minutes. Today I stayed for 20 mins and the left left to run to cvs came back and stayed about half an hour and no one is in there. I also called and no one answered. They do amazing eyebrows but it is very unprofessional! read more

I noticed this little brow salon on my way to work one morning just as I was mumbling about my unkept eyebrows. Synchronicity. Anyway, It is conveniently located in the little strip mall on Melrose and Vine right behind or before Mario's, depending on which way you are traveling. They have their own parking lot which is key. It was a bit stuffy when I first came in, but they put on the air conditioning and that helped. I put some rose water on my brows and face afterward, which was nice because a lot of places only have aloe. They don't have a rosewater which is something I enjoy. I have the lady by the name of Malti. She was polite. They also sell different eyebrow products, although I did not pick up anything; so I can't speak to that. I did not use the restroom so I cannot comment on that either. If you are in the area, I would recommend coming here. Plus, it's very close to target if you need to shop and it is right next-door to a coffee bean if you want to enjoy as a delicious treat at the same time.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency…read more I booked my appointment in person on Tuesday 7/15 because I wasn't sure what to select online for Gel-X removal. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

I did my eyebrow first time. I found Bliss Threading Salon on yelp. I saw it was nearby me and has all reviews with 5 star as she deserved those. I trust yelpers so I went there. The place is very neat and clean and employee friendly. I didn't have to wait at all and it took about five minutes. The girl name Khushi, who did my eyebrows was so nice and gentle and her wonderful job making me feel as comfort as possible. She didn't dive in and jay start reshaping everything. It wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. She was great and my eyebrows look awesome. I loved the way she gave me eyebrow massage. 10 bucks for eyebrows and she gave discount top of it because I'm yelp customer, seems like a great deal to me. I always come back, and highly recommend this place as I'm super satisfied because of nice service in less price. read more

I've not touched my eyebrows for almost 6 months because my last threading was worst so I was waiting for them to grow out,since I've heard good things about this new eyebrow threading place(Bliss) from my best friend so I though why not,let's give it a try.i sit down on my chair and the girl immediately greeted me and made me comfortable.she gave me hand sanitizer and also put them on her hand too before she began and after she finished.she shaped my eyebrows perfect fully and made them really great.the best part is you get an amazing eyebrow massage. I am so happy I finally found a good place where I can get my eyebrows threaded. Overall nice,clean,and caring.I am a happy and returning customer. read more

I Usually don't write reviews but after going to this new eyebrow threading place I had too.i'd been looking for a new threading place to get my eyebrows threaded for a while.used to go to another place,untill one horrible experience that made me not want to go back.so anyway Khushi is the girl who made my eyebrows fantastic.she is really good at what she does,I didn't have to tell her what to do.and she is very friendly as well. Ok, so i just took my daughter for an eyebrow threading at this place, based on the reviews. We are out-of-towners and i have to say this place sucks! Worst eyebrow threading ever!!!!!!! It's 3:20 on a Saturday and no one is in the salon. The door is locked, lights are off, and there is no sign on the door. Not sure what's going on. They should put a sign on the door if someone is on break or they had to close. read more
