I decided to get a black sesame ginger latte with boba. I got it cold with half level of sweetness as recommended by the staff. The sesame flavor was satisfyingly strong. There was just a touch of ginger flavor creating a unique well balanced infusion. Boba had a nice soft texture that was appropriate for this drink, although not the softest boba that I've come across. The shop also offered several options for Vietnamese coffee including variations like coconut. There were a few tables with seats available to enjoy the drinks inside and a plant covered wall with a neon sign (For my bes tea) for photo-ops. The store is cash free, credit card only. The best way to pay is actually through the Snackpass app where you can earn a free drink after a certain amount of purchases. I'll definitely stop by here the next time to try more!

It's a cozy, whimsy coffee shop with fun photo ops, specialty tea and coffee. It's nearby Quinnipiac and likely serves a younger demographic. I have seen and followed this shop on Instagram since they had opened and was on my list. The service was great, the ladies helping me was so nice. I tried a seasonal special called Nadine's Guava Matcha Latte--a flavor I haven't seen anywhere else. It had guava pure and guava whip which all looked made in house. The matcha was a good flavor too. The drink was too sweet for me and would likely order less sweet next time. I would like to try one of their coffee drinks next time. If you are in the Hamden area, I definitely recommend giving Latte Soul a try.

The matcha was perfectly blended and smooth (which I love because some places don't blend their matcha thoroughly) but its taste wasn't the best matcha we've had. The brown sugar wasn't bad either it tasted good but felt a little watered down. The Oreo slush boba was delicious and I have no comments saying otherwise. The service was excellent and the employees even helped us decide what to get. They were very helpful and kind and greeted us immediately. The ambiance was great and it was decorated with adorable signs, a beautiful whale mural, whale squishies, and lights. Many seating options and two kiosks to order as well.
