They will not respect your appointment time. I've seen them turn people away with appointments but also it was done to me, When you have 2 jobs, coordinate day care and drive there in traffic to be told "sorry we busy not today" when you make an appointment it is beyond disrespectful of everyone's time. Also the parking lot is horrific and a disgusting area. Do yourself a favor and spend money in a safer and cleaner business area. read more

I walked into this nail salon for a gel mani and basic pedi. They have great prices! I paid $27 for my basic pedi and $36 for my gel mani. It's a small salon and covers the basic, no frills nails experience. When I visited, there were only 2 ladies working. The lady who was helping me did a great job but it did take a while. It took about 2 hours for my visit. I love that they take cards and you can tip using the same card. It's such an inconvenience to have to take out cash from the ATM just to tip. read more

Great First Time Experience! I decided to pamper myself and get the works. A Spa pedi with a bath bomb soak, callus removal, scrub, mask, paraffin wax, 15 min massage, topped off with hot stone massage. Then polish. Quite reasonable priced at $59 (imho). First off, the massage chair was well maintained and operated smoothly and had a light touch. Probably the best chair I've had at this price point. The technician, May, went to work on my terribly neglected feet. She went to work on those calluses, and never once scrubbed one place too long. It tickled, but I knew it needed to be done. She worked on the scrub with fresh orange slices, something about the natural acids and scrub combo made my calves and feet look so young! She also used a lemon slice on my to nails to brighten them up naturally. After the scrub and mask came the massage. May has firm hands, my legs & feet needed it all. If you want a lighter touch, just mention it to her. She aims to please. May then brought out the hot stones and kept going... from flat side to the corners of the stones, this girl knows how to work a rock! Then came the hot towel to tidy up. Polish: I always bring my own. I prefer OPI, they had a limited selection of polish but their dips and gel selection was impressive. Now my feet are bright and my polish sparkles. I will be back! After reading previous reviews on this place I was excited to try it out for the first time. my service (a fill) took 2 hours! after sitting in a chair that long I was expecting my nails to look fabulous. Went to nail chic to have my nails done for a special occasion, Danny was an amazing nail tech. He was very gentle and his technique, and did not burn my cuticles with the sander, which was an A+ because that has been done before and it hurts. He did a very nice job with my powder nails, and design that I wanted. I recommend coming to this place the only con about this is not the business but the parking lot sometimes it gets packed so you have to search for a parking spot, but it is worth the wait. read more

Ok... horrible experience. Went for a pedicure for Hubby and I. This was our first time, we happen to be around the area. The one star is for the fact they accept walk-in. I always have regular pedicure. I told the lady, i just want french pedi and cut a little. She proceeds taking off my old nail polish which was a french. Only a few seconds in, i hear her sighing like she's frustrated or impatient. I could tell she was having a hard time removing my old nail polish. She then, grabs the electric drill and tries to remove my polish that way, which i've never seen ever done to me by any of my regular ladies i've gone to . She asked me if imy previous pedi was a gel... And i'm thinking, "if i can tell when someone has acrylic, gel or regular and i don't work at a salon, and you have to ask me, you shouldn't work here, Lady..." If you don't know that i only had a reg pedi and that's what you're impatiently removing with room temperature water foot soak and cheap acetone. I had to stop her because she shouldn't be sanding my nail bed to remove old polish (on a regular pedi). The thing that got me was i (jokingly) offered to do it for her if she was not going to do her job with patience, and she handed me the cotton ball with acetone. As i was doing it, i asked her for a glove and she removed her glove to give it to me. That was the point i had to say to myself, time-out... i think i went to the wrong nail place. We gave her and the other lady $5 each even though nothing else was done. read more

Very bad customer service. I went there to have mine and my daughter nails done. I asked the technician to do the nails type that we want. (Tips with powder for me and dipping powder for my 11 years old daughter without any tips because she still young to have long nails) The technician was doing her nails while I was having my pedicure done, I saw that the technician was doing her nails very long with tips. I asked why? She said that she asked my daughter if she wants her nails long and she answered yes. Ok, I understand it's a misunderstanding probably. But there is no point that the technician started to yell at me!! Then I asked my daughter she said that she didn't understand the question because accent is different. The service was extremely bad. My mom & I went there for a quick pedicure for a walk in. I called in-advance just in case they were extremely busy, but they said they will be available to take us in. They were extremely busy, slow and rude. The owner's excuse was, "our older clients are more important, we'll finish them then help you". Idk much about business but the one thing, I do know is if business like this continues at their spa they'll never get more customers. I believe this is my third time here and I always come with my friend as we receive pedis together, this new mama definitely needed it! We were walk-ins on a weekend day (we understood appts were served first and did not mind waiting at all since it was busy). I had "Helen" as my technician and from beginning of service until end she was phenomenal. Unlike other salons who rush the pedicure process, she took her time and was very accommodating. The total for this was $61 to include the "Luxury Pedicure" package and gel toes. If they ever relocate, I'll go to wherever they move to, that's how great their service is. FYI both cash and debit/credit card accepted, but there is a fee for card. Take a few minutes to pull out cash, save you the trouble! Located inside a crowded plaza so just be mindful and if you can book an appt, that will help align your day. They do serve walk-ins nicely and are honest if they feel they can't serve you due to the amount of scheduled/walk-in clients they have. Mya (I believe who is the owner/manager is very kind and is an expert in her work along with the other techs. I would say with any nail appt, please block off a few hours before planning anything else for your day (just so you're not late or have to reschedule/cancel any of your other plans while waiting to get your nails done) since they have to shuffle between booked/walk-in clients. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Mya was awesome she returned my call as soon as they opened to get me jn for a pedicure. I got the full package spa for $54 takes about an hour and includes a 15 min massage WOW amazing. Great way to treat yourself after not having one for 6 months. Also includes callus removal, sugar scrub, mask and parading treatment. I added the gel polish for an additional $13 so it lasts longer. They offer facials and waxing in addition to manicure and pedicure. Always my go to place friendly, clean and efficient. read more

Had an absolute blast with Mia, I came out with such a cute set. Reasonable price too! My husband and I had the deluxe and luxury pedicure with a full set (design and French) for all under $150. Not to mention, the vibes and the crew are fabulous. Felt I like I was in and out In a reasonable time. They're so caring and kept offering water/coffee and making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. They offer a range of services like facials, waxing, brows, and eyelash extensions. (For a pedicure) They really pay attention to where on your feet need extra attention and give good massages. I'm always very happy to come here. I went into this salon as a new customer. It's a beautiful nail salon, very clean, and great customer service ! They make you feel very comfortable! Maybe this experience doesn't define who they are or maybe this salon just isn't for me but my experience here started off great them started to get bad. I walked in at 9:50 with an appointment at 10 am to do my toes and a fill. I got seated right away to get started then around 10:10 started to get my nails done. I did not leave the salon until about 12:30 pm!!!! The nail tech took a very long time on my hands it was ridiculous. I had mentioned to them I had a hair appointment at 11:20 and I had to cancel that since I was stuck there. I was getting very impatient since I came in a little earlier for my appointment. But I respected the Salon and the nail tech but for me that's ridiculous to walk in 9:50 and leave 12:30 pm. Also for the nail tech to take that long on my hands and they still came out horrible was sad. But I did not have the time to ask to fix things since I was there so long. I thought this salon would be the new spot for me but it's not the right fit for me. I also was deeply cut on my nail which is very painful to touch. I've included photos to show the thickness, shape and the deep cut as well. Maybe this nail salon would be a good fit for you, but not exactly for me. I also respected her time and still tipped the appropriate amount even though there prices were higher than the typical nail salon. read more

A simple question of how long of a wait for their employee to come in as I was told she was in the parking lot led to me being scolded at while she abruptly turned off the pedicure chair simultaneously almost in an act of service refusal. There are far too many salons for this type of behavior. I quickly exited and will not ever return.
