We both received the full body yin and yang massage for $88. We were charged full price because the "system" didn't automate that upon checkout. We have been back and forth with the owners for FLASE advertising. I will NOT be coming back at all! The owner told us we could come back to get the service is 50% off before April 20. That is completely unacceptable. Especially from a business owner to another business owner, you don't up charge clients, offers the same discount and then say there's a system automation when YOU automate the system yourself. HORRIBLE. On top of the demand for a tip for all of the services, that is also unacceptable. And a turn off from a customer standpoint. As for the do services; I was surprised for my birthday with a yin and yang massage and a head spa treatment Upon waking in, the place smelled like fresh tea and a warm experience in the best way. I had my feet wrapped in a box with charcoal and made a nice foot detox When the headspa time came, our scalps were checked with a magnifying camera to spot the dry skin, follicles and any scalp issues, then moved to the spa room. Offered to give them that number but they would not make the apt without having my credit card number in hand. So back to the lash lift. Yikes. Never once was glue of any kind put onto my eyelids for a lash lift and tint. The procedure began with the provider placing glue strips/tabs all over my eye lids. She did not use a fan to dry down any of the solutions/serums until my eye started burning. In every other lash lift I've had, a fan is alway used to dry down the liquids. At the end of the apt, a tweezer was used to pry the glue strips off my eyelids. When she plucked my eyelid skin, she stopped trying to get anymore glue off. When I left, there was still glue adhered to my eyelids, they were dry and stiff and I could barely blink comfortably which lead me to scraping it off myself. My eyelids are red, swollen and shredded and my eyelashes are stiff. This is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Would never come back or recommend this place to anyone, even if you have a gift card. Regift it. Or just don't get a lash lift. They should take lash lift off the service menu.

I asked her about this and she said don't worry they look fine. Called a few times expressing my concerns about the appearance and that I was having a reaction to the pigment. Doreen was very off putting and said she didn't care about their current appearance that I just needed to wait for follow up appointment. The redness and pain kept getting worse so I went to Dermatologist and was told it appeared to be an allergic reaction to the pigment and not to do any follow up. I told Doreen about this and once again she dismissed my concerns and insisted I do the follow up. Now, 5 months later I still have scarring and pigment "blotches" nowhere near where my brows should be. I will not follow up based upon my Dr. advice and recommend NO ONE let her butcher their face. When we arrived on Friday we were greeted by Jade to prepare for our float session to sign our waivers. We were taken to a beautiful room with cozy blankets, salt lamps and calming lighting to begin our journey. After watching the informational video for our float session, Jade walked us back to the our separate rooms. The space was so clean and welcoming. We each had our own individuals rooms with a shower, float bath, robe, slippers and toiletries. It was an expectational experience. When we came back on Sunday for our full spa day which included a 3 min cryotherapy session, 1 hour float, 1 hour massage with Jalisa and Stephen followed by an hour sauna session. The deep tissue massages by Stephen and Jalisa were otherworldly. I usually ask for a deep tissue massage but never felt that folks were able to get deep enough, this was not the case. Both my mother and myself felt that every knot we had in our bodies was released and cared for during our session. There were multiple times I felt that multiple hands were on me though it was Stephen and my mom felt the same way with Jalisa. All staff at Ripple Float ensured we were comfortable, hydrated with their many free selections of tea, water and kombucha (available for purchase). They also supply body wash, shampoo & conditioner. After your float they have a room with hairdryers and other items you may need to get ready. The Float itself was so relaxing. They said it takes about 45 minutes for you to really relax and that is spot on. The total experience is 1 1/2 hours and such a great experience. To be able to just unplug and relax weightless in the warm epsom salt water is incredible. After the Float staff checks in on how your time was and offers you tea or water and a space to continue to relax. Loved it there, love the experience & I look forward to going back!
