The water wasn't getting hot, so it took awhile for them to get it to work, maybe 5-7 minutes. Once the water was ready, the lady that was working on me got up and said she had a customer asking for her and went to service the lady that had just walked in. I sat there at least another 30 minutes before someone else came to me. The young lady did apologize, and I know it was not her fault. However, I will NOT return again after the poor service. Instead, she sent someone else after i sat down and all they did was take off my top coat, buff and painted my acrylic nails with a gel polish and charged me 60$ under the 'extra' itemized category. No design. It is inconsiderate and rude to change techs on a customer without discussion or notice. People have places to be and things to do so the time should be honored and respected. My pedicure of 66$ was messy with cheap polish that continued to streak even with multiple coats applied. I guess it's empty in there for a reason. I said this to them and I will say it again, I wont be going back. Unless you want a basic job done for 60$, i recommend finding another nail spot.

The man burned my nail EVERY single time he cured the gel... even after seeing it hurt I had to forcefully pull my hand away. The gel is also laid way too thin in areas to where it is bending. The moment I walked in I specifically asked if someone was skilled with builder gel and able to do a thicker layer because I've had this same incident before and got told "my people are good".... Boy was that a lie. Seems like I got handed off to just anyone and he didn't even smile, greet himself or try to be nice. This nail tech also argued that the nails were already thick before finally adding another layer and was irritated. The next day the nails did exactly what I said they would do, BREAK. They proceeded to try to force me to pay for the service with zero understanding or discount when the nail tech lied and said I didn't want to pay the price (I changed the nail design when given a price) he then handed me off to someone and went home. The woman he handed me off to was already working on a client and I had been there 2 hours as my sister's nails were done and my pedicure was done. Another customer paid for my nails because I was so adamant on some type of resolution that worked for me too but I'm even disappointed they let her do it. All they care about is money, not good quality service. They'll act nice and compliment you but it's strictly for money and it is obvious. Sarah told me it would be $30, which is the going rate so I agreed to it and a french polish for an additional $5. Once my pedi was done, I had an unexpected situation come up which required me to leave with an IOU for the manicure, which I didn't get at that point. I paid $35 with my debit card and left a $1 tip. I returned 30 minutes later and decided to get the solar nails which was only $7 more. The guy that did my nails did such a great job, I tipped him $3. So, Sarah charged $10 the second time, which equaled $46 for both the solar nails and pedicure with french polish. Well, a few days later, I checked my bank statement to find she charged me $41 the first time (which was not on my receipt I signed) and $10 the second time...a total of $51. I went in to ask her about the mis charge and Sarah defensively snapped on me saying that the mani/pedi was $35 and the french was an additional $5. This is not what I agreed to however or signed for initially on the debit card receipt! I went to communicate that to her and she looked up the receipts. After finding the receipts she kept looking at them but never showed them to me because I believe the truth was that the amount was NOT what she ended up charging me and thus she stole $5 from me! After much grief, she agreed to give me the $5 in cash, however, she made it clear that she never wanted me back in her salon again after I said if this is the service delivered I can go somewhere else. I was really excited to make this salon the place I frequent and bring my friends/family to, but now I am forced to go elsewhere due to the WORST customer service and most of all FRAUD. I am writing this post to warn others to check their bank statements because I'm sure I'm not the only one that she has changed the dollar values on.

I was taken care of immediately once I walked through the door, the nail tech which I assume was the owner kept asking me if everything was okay, and made my nails look natural, clean, and precise. She fixed every mistake from the prior nail tech with filing, shaping, and even gel nail color and took her time doing so. * the owner even offered to open on a closed day for a client for a rescheduled nail appointment which I thought was nice. I came again another day for a pedicure being that I haven't had one in a few months and my toe nails were hurting on the sides I was taken care of immediately once more. I believe I got the deluxe service for $68 with gel polish and it was wonderful. My tech took her time, everything precise, wasn't a rushed service, my toe nails don't hurt on the sides anymore, and looks clean would highly recommend!

The inside of this salon is a girly - girls dream. I visited this place on a Thursday night after work, and got a pink and white solar set. I would definitely return. The only reason I knocked a star off is because the day before, that Wednesday - I booked an appointment online and received a text to 'wait for confirmation'. But I never received the confirmation. And when I called they didn't have my appointment. So i was a little unhappy with that, but decided to walk in instead the next evening - which I am glad I did. I again went without an appointment and was able to get right in without a wait at 3:30 on a Saturday. One of the colors I picked was dried up or something so Tran went & found some other options & suggested how the 2 she found could be layered to be even closer to the one I'd picked. Even better that it's super close to my house.
