Great Techs, Disappointing Leadership…read more The technicians here are truly fabulous. Skilled, kind, and attentive. This review is not about them. My issue is with how concerns are handled by the owner. When I brought up a respectful concern, I was met with defensiveness and no accountability. No effort to listen. No willingness to make it right. Just a dismissive attitude that left me feeling unheard. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I know how important it is to take care of people, respond with empathy, and resolve concerns with professionalism. That is why this experience was especially disappointing. The lack of accountability and care from leadership is not just frustrating. It is avoidable. What makes this worse is that it is not an isolated incident. After reading past reviews, it is clear there is a pattern. The owner consistently responds in a way that feels tone deaf and unwilling to accept feedback. That kind of ownership takes away from the great work the techs provide and creates an environment where clients do not feel valued. I will not be returning. Instead, she sent someone else after i sat down and all they did was take off my top coat, buff and painted my acrylic nails with a gel polish and charged me 60$ under the 'extra' itemized category. No design. It is inconsiderate and rude to change techs on a customer without discussion or notice. People have places to be and things to do so the time should be honored and respected. My pedicure of 66$ was messy with cheap polish that continued to streak even with multiple coats applied. I guess it's empty in there for a reason. I said this to them and I will say it again, I wont be going back. Unless you want a basic job done for 60$, i recommend finding another nail spot.

Instead of letting my nails soak in acetone then using their machine to file them off. Mind you, my natural nails werent strong but were long and none of them were broken except for 1 index finger. She then claimed that they were already broken when I knew only one of my natural finger nails was already broken. I told her they weren't even and she ignored me. I also told her to keep my natural nails long and she didn't listen. What upset me the most was the customer service! I have never not tipped a nail tech before but I left frustrated and didnt even want to complete the service because my nails looked horrible since she left two fingernails short and my thumb half chipped. It cost me $30 for these services and my nail tech acted like nothing was wrong. I would like to say the issues were caused by a language barrier but at that point, I left . I should have complained while I was there but I just wanted to get out of there and do my manicure myself.

Sarah told me it would be $30, which is the going rate so I agreed to it and a french polish for an additional $5. Once my pedi was done, I had an unexpected situation come up which required me to leave with an IOU for the manicure, which I didn't get at that point. I paid $35 with my debit card and left a $1 tip. I returned 30 minutes later and decided to get the solar nails which was only $7 more. The guy that did my nails did such a great job, I tipped him $3. So, Sarah charged $10 the second time, which equaled $46 for both the solar nails and pedicure with french polish. Well, a few days later, I checked my bank statement to find she charged me $41 the first time (which was not on my receipt I signed) and $10 the second time...a total of $51. I went in to ask her about the mis charge and Sarah defensively snapped on me saying that the mani/pedi was $35 and the french was an additional $5. This is not what I agreed to however or signed for initially on the debit card receipt! I went to communicate that to her and she looked up the receipts. After finding the receipts she kept looking at them but never showed them to me because I believe the truth was that the amount was NOT what she ended up charging me and thus she stole $5 from me! After much grief, she agreed to give me the $5 in cash, however, she made it clear that she never wanted me back in her salon again after I said if this is the service delivered I can go somewhere else. I was really excited to make this salon the place I frequent and bring my friends/family to, but now I am forced to go elsewhere due to the WORST customer service and most of all FRAUD. I am writing this post to warn others to check their bank statements because I'm sure I'm not the only one that she has changed the dollar values on.

I came again another day for a pedicure being that I haven't had one in a few months and my toe nails were hurting on the sides I was taken care of immediately once more. The inside of this salon is a girly - girls dream. I visited this place on a Thursday night after work, and got a pink and white solar set. I would definitely return. The only reason I knocked a star off is because the day before, that Wednesday - I booked an appointment online and received a text to 'wait for confirmation'. But I never received the confirmation. And when I called they didn't have my appointment. So i was a little unhappy with that, but decided to walk in instead the next evening - which I am glad I did.
