Well my Yorkie was kept in a crate before and after appointment because he needed a vaccine that was required and I told them he was afraid of big dogs. When I arrived to pick him up the groomer said he was very good and was charged $70.00. When I got home I checked the cut and his paw hair was left with long hair, his sanitary areas were also left long, I asked for teddy bear face cut and summer cut and I was disappointed. I called ahead to see if they'd take sensitive dogs and was met with a determined "absolutely!" Because they were busy, they warned that I may want to come in a bit later, which I appreciated. When I got there they were still relatively busy, so they brought their tools to the lobby. One woman held Juno's body in a tight hug while I got to pet her face to keep her calm. They used the dremmel nail grinder on her and they trimmed in less than 5 minutes, and Juno didn't even know! I love how accommodating they were for my dog and myself! For only $8 (bigger dog price) it was worth every penny! I've had problems with the big chain pet stores either trimming too close, and they don't allow owners back with their pet which makes me uneasy. But not Sheri's! I will definitely be back!

Benny has had this disease for years and have put him on this steroid in the past but soon learned it was wreaking havoc on his liver. He lost weight, hair, getting sick and was not himself. So we quickly got him off that. This new staff put him on this steroid again disregarding my ex's concern and argument that it caused him to be sick in the past. They told him there was nothing to worry about that it would be fine because the frequency and timeline would be shorter. It wasn't fine. He started to lose weight and hair again so he stopped giving it to him, leading up to his vet appointment but it was too late. Our baby died because of this vets incompetence. Please choose a different vet office, I don't want this to happen to anybody else's baby.
