I Went there for a dry hair style (curls) for an occasion where we were taking pictures. I have A LOT A LOT of hair. Like every hair stylist/ hair cutter has commented on how much hair and volume I have. Not more than 45 min after my appointment I left looking greasy (it's very hard for that to even happen to me, but I guess the products they use look greasy) And my curls were gone, my hair looked stringy and flat. Not sure what tools they use but they aren't professional I couldn't even believe how flat and gross it looked (it looked dirty). I was there for an hour and a half, and mind you I went in with dry hair not wet. I had to completely start over to fix it. I called them back 3 days ago. The manager there, Karina felt that I wasn't worth her time to get back to me. She left me an initial voicemail and told me she was free to talk to me all day Friday and every time I called the front desk girls would say oh she'll call you at this time and then she never would. I also asked for them to get her so that we could speak for 1-2 minutes. She refused because she was "too busy." I finally got a call back from a manager at another location From Eileen. I asked them for a refund since what they did to my hair was atrocious. They keep giving me the run around and even asked me to come back another time ( NO THANK YOU! ).
