This is a really great place. I reviewed before about how I didn't trust chiropractors prior to coming in for my first visit, but Dr. Lynott completely changed my perspective by explaining they offer structural support & alignment. After my second visit, I completely got rid of the constant urge to crack my neck. Dr. Lynott says he hears this often as a result of visits. First of all, it's dangerous because I don't know what I'm doing and could be doing the wrong thing. Secondly, Dr. Lynott mentioned the scenario where you feel like you need to crack your neck, but it doesn't, so you keep trying - this is a recipe for disaster that can cause more injury than relief. I came in for my fourth appointment after I had a) started running daily on an incline & developed ankle pain b) spent 10 vacation days walking all over Chicago - only opting for my gym sneakers the last 2 days & c) started a 10 day adoption trial of a large border collie/pit mix that means I've been on my feet a LOT A LOT A LOT. He aligned my feet and they feel so much better, on top of the neck & upper & lower back. I also had a situation where my dog bee-lined for a squirrel & I flew in the air and then turned in the air and landed on my neck & back. My neck & back were very stiff but today (one day after my appointment), I am feeling soooo much better. He suggested specific insoles (the same ones he wears) to use with my shoes for better arch support, since I already have elevated slip-on walking shoes & comfortable running shoes. They were $36 on Amazon for my size. Since I'll continue walking like a madman, he said if the foot issue doesn't improve I should visit a podiatrist. Thank you so much for changing my opinion of chiropractors and for helping me find relief for my pain! Elle

Cupping aftermath... get that blood circulating in my lower back. Lisa did a great job.

When I arrived for my first appointment, Pine made me feel instantly zen. By my second appointment, I felt 100% better. I was not thinking about my pain indicating my pain level was at a 0 or 1. Let's be real - you need to put in the work at home. The solution is not showing up to your appointment and going through the exercises at your appointment only. You need to take the learned exercises and continue the program DAILY at home. On a DAILY basis, I run through my program after I wake up in the early morning. The BENEFIT - where there was early morning wake up pain has diminished to no pain to mild stiffness. This program EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. The Therapists and Assistants are very dedicated to healing and incorporate treatments from a variety of disciplines (Chiropractic, Ayurvedic, etc) in pursuit of healing and strengthening the body. Dr Kevin, my original therapist, noticed something unusual during our sessions and pointed it out to my Primary Care Physician. Had he not followed through with his suspicions, I might have gone several years before my symptoms escalated to the point that they would have been obvious. I owe him a huge debt of gratitude for saving me years of physical and emotional suffering. I recently sought treatment for Tennis Elbow from Dr Jimmy DiMascio. In just under two months, he relieved the pain in the tendon through a multi-disciplinary regimen of massage, cupping, shockwave therapy, and exercise to reduce the tension in the muscles and tendons. I cannot recommend this practice enough for the quality of the staff and facilities, their professionalism and dedication to their patients.

I was waiting to write this review but my recent experience over the phone just pushed it over the edge. The front desk staff makes me feel like I am bothering them. Even checking in- come on it's part of your job!! Looking at previous reviews it seems like it has been an ongoing issue. I was overcharged on my first 2 appointments and ended up with a large credit. I was notified the therapist I was working with was leaving and the only other therapist that has experience with my issue does not have availability for a few weeks. So I wanted my credit back as a check- it showed on my insurance application that the claim was processed so I called in. I spoke to Jaden and she said that it was not sent back to them yet so they would call me back when it did. I confirmed with them that they would call me back and she said she wouldn't just leave me hanging.. Then I said thank you, bye and she proceeded to just hang up without any bye or anything. I don't know why every front desk employee seems like they are miserable working there- not sure if it is management or just all of their bad attitudes every time. Won't be returning. Please retrain the front desk!! Makes me feel uncomfortable interacting with them.

Each time I walk in for my appointment, I am greeted by JV or the person at the desk, inquiring how I am doing, before I go into the therapy space.
