When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, the florist told me, "Sorry, I forgot. Can you wait 30 minutes?" I couldn't, so I had to make a second trip back the next day. The corsage cost $40 but had only four carnations and some greenery, and it did not feel worth the price. They were also out of plastic boxes and handed it to me in a paper bag, which made for a poor presentation for a special gift. Overall, I was unhappy with the cost, the quality, the forgotten order, and the careless packaging.
