As always I had the pleasure of meeting with Kelly She is very knowledgeable, detailed oriented, very caring, polite, courteous and excellent person. I will continue to use her expertise in future & I sincerely appreciate Jins Foot Spa. Great Place for Massages.

The massage is not relaxing at all. I came for a foot massage. Originally 60 minutes but asked to…read moreend it sooner for 30 minutes. You can tell he had no training. Firstly, the foot soak water was way too hot. Then he didn't apply enough massage lotion (and you can tell it's just lotion, not actual massage oil). He started applying too light of pressure even though I wrote in the book I like level 6 pressure. Then his massage technique was just really bad. Very fast, short, haphazard movements. The way you handle cleaning a hen or chicken to roast for dinner. You can tell he was not professionally trained. Trained massage would be slow, relaxing , with even pressure and rhythm. His massage was awful. Then for my calves it felt more like he was rubbing my leg for heat, applying no pressure to the actual muscles. They use hot stone which I hated because it was just more random rubbing that did nothing to massage my muscles nor relax me. I usually hate hot stone because it interrupts the flow of the massage, but there was NO flow in this massage so that didn't matter. I would recommend to the owner of this facility to properly train their workers. There was also a weird jingle sound like a tune from an ice cream truck that rang a few times that I had to ask him to turn off. The prices are really good and now I know why. They make no investment in their workers. I'm disappointed and am just going to book a session at a professional place. Positive Notes/Other: the massage chairs are comfortable and can lay flat, they provide full size water after serviced Language barrier: the owner keeps replying saying there is a language barrier. Could you please have a sign somewhere with what language your staff speaks so we can say some words in their first language?

I've just seen Angie and I've also seen Fei, both extremely phenomenal. They are really attentive at focusing on tighter spots and still keeping the experience very relaxing. I was looking for a new massage spot and I have gladly found one. Highly recommend! The only suggestion I have is including who's available when booking online, but I called and they accept walk ins so it worked out well!

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the calming aromatic scents, the clean and inviting ambiance, and the sweet receptionist, Misha. Misha was polite, friendly, and very informative, which made for a great first impression. In the treatment room, I was given clear instructions on how everything would work. I started with the Hydro-Vichy shower--such an interesting and unique experience! It's a warm shower with at least five shower heads providing firm pressure over your entire body (except your face). The treatment began with a full-body cleanse, followed by a gentle exfoliation, and ended with a refreshing rinse. Afterward, I received a massage from Lynn, and wow, she truly worked magic! Her medium pressure was perfect, and she was attentive, thorough, and incredibly kind throughout the session. Definitely recommend her--10/10! Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Massage Felax & Spa, for such an enjoyable visit!

To kill some time before our flight, my boyfriend and I decided to have full body massages at AA…read moreMassage. This place is a bit hard to find, especially if you aren't from the area like we are. But, if you go past Ranch 99, this facility is located right next door to the Wei Asian Buffet. It's located on the second floor, so just be prepared to walk up some steps (I didn't see any elevator nearby). We were immediately greeted by two ladies at the front desk. We showed them the Yelp deal, which is 15% off for new customers, which they gladly upheld (thanks Yelp!). They were very helpful and knowledgeable of the different massages they offer. We were their only clients at the time that we went, so we got a little extra TLC during our visit (they actually let us stay in the sauna for however long we wanted). The facility itself is very neat, well kept, and well decorated. The lights were slightly dimmed to give that extra relaxation feeling. The saunas are also well kept as well. We both received the 60 minute Swedish massage with hot stones and knees on our backs (we opted out on back walking). The massage was VERY relaxing! I do, however, wish that more time was spent massaging my legs, but I believe that you would have to pay for a foot/leg massage for that. A little disclaimer, for those who don't like deep tissue or heavy/medium pressured massages, let your masseuse know before hand or even during the massage. Before they got started, they let us know to tell them if the massage is hurting you (even if you are actively having the massage). At the end of our massages, they gave us two bottles of water, which is customary of massage places to do. We followed our massage with 30 minutes in their sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience. We were then given two more water bottles and snacks at the front desk, while we paid for our massages. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing experience at AA Massage. The staff provide a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment and give great massages! I'd like to stop by here again whenever I'm back in the area.
