Today my son went and had a horrible foot reflexology massage. He said the masseuse spent more time on one side of his body than the other. The lady barely massaged his scalp. He said it was so gentle it felt like a tickle. When everything was done she tried to force him to leave a 25% tip and were giggling about something which made him feel even more awkward and upset. These tiny women are strong - do not be fooled, they can get deeep into your muscles. They are clearly trained in their craft - and my massage felt like it had a certain order/sequence, that definitely made sense. The stretches were perfect, and there were definitely a few that a chiropractor would be proud of lol. Pressure was perfect, hot stones were perfect, walking on back was perfect. I really can't wait to go back and I don't recall having a massage I've enjoyed as much, and this considers that I've gone to a wide range (your 250+ Burke Williams massages and 50+ random asian place massages). Massage was a mix of deep tissue/thai in terms of the stretching, but I would not call it full Thai (as we were definitely on a table, with oil, and the active stretching part was not until the last 10 minutes at the end). This is likely to adjust to their clients' preferences though.

I've gone here a few times recently and I think this is the home spa now. Last night (not even gonna give a name cause each of the masseuse I've had have been wonderful) I had the best massage / therapy session yet. I came late like 15 min before closing, and I could tell the young lady had a long day, maybe week, but was still so welcoming and did so well and not a single complaint. I have a broken hand and shoulder, and my masseuse was careful to not hurt me but clearly knew her way around the intricate small muscles and let up the perfect amount as she got close. Worked a little on my stretching too which isn't even a service shown to offer. Don't listen to that girls 1 review btw they literally wash their hands like 20 times a day and I've never had an inkling of something wrong and I am always on alert. Thanks staff! Ps you pay only for the massage upfront they don't ask for the tip. Pretty sure it's not unusual for a business to charge before the service, especially one people will run out on. She seemed concerned that I showed up for my appointment, so I confirmed several times that someone was available to give me my 1 hour massage with hot stones. Right away she wanted me to pay for the service even though I had not received it. Fine she settled the service, takes me to a room, then she tells me the masseuse is busy and if I want to come back or wait 30 minutes. I got annoyed that she didn't tell me this before settling the payment. Then after I complained she said she could do half of the massage and then the other masseuse would finish. She said they were busy, but I had an appointment and if she couldn't provide the service then why have me pay in advance. So the first woman that did the massage was awesome, the second woman was very lame all she did was rub with minimal pressure. I won't be returning for another massage here. I have them 3 stars due to plenty of parking and the first of the massage being great.
