I can't say enough about Lindsay who would help rock my little one to sleep so Truly could finish up my nails and do the amazing job she always does. Mai-Linh who got me to switch to SNS witch I love and recommend from some one who always did acrylic. My daughter loves getting her kids pedicure and they always try and create whatever design my daughter asks for. They always treat us right from some snacks, drinks or help with my little one. Not very clean. Which is my big thing. She couldn't even close the the bottles because of the hardened liquid around the tops. Not just one bottle but all of them. Had I seen this before they started I probably would have left. I saw the reviews and thought it would be good a place and good price. Nope! This use to be my go to place, but sadly they have really gone down in quality. I went in for a mani and pedi expecting the usual, but ended up receiving rushed service and sloppy work. And due to them rushing the process the lady, Tina, ended up taking a chuck of my cuticle which made me bleed profusely.. They didn't apologize nor offer a discount for the incident. Wish I could give no stars. Made an appointment for a pedicure. Came in 5 minutes early. They sat me in a chair and filled it with water. Yeah they were clearly busy. Nothing annoys me more when nail salons allow so many walk ins when they clearly have appointments for very soon after. 5 of us were sitting there waiting. Environment was nice and friendly staff, but my nails must not have been done properly or with quality products. I've been getting my nails done for years! A SNS (dip) always lasts me 3 weeks and then they have to file them off to put new ones on. They never crack or chip at all with my usual place. My nails had 4 good sized chips 8 days after having them done here and the cost is the same as other nail salons that also offer free drinks. I unfortunately will not be returning. I had the SNS done here by Mai-Linh. I gave 3 stars because she did a great job. My nails were great. I left this spa because of the negative talk from Mai-Linh about the other technicians. Also, she is very busy and in demand so I made appointments days before. I would arrive and she did not look at the book for appointments, instead she took others in front of me. And didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me. I then stumbled upon another salon at Crystal Falls and Lakeline called On Q. I was amazed that they did the same beautiful job, but were gentle. No worn or bleeding cuticles. They also treat me with respect and speak to me every time. This cemented the idea that I will never go back to Bloom. read more

I've been going to Bloom Nails for a couple years. Even brought my three girls to get stuff done as well. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this place. I've had great service from all of their techs. Apparently something about me was offensive and funny to them today. They do mostly speak Vietnamese to each other, which I don't mind one bit. They can talk about me all they want and I wouldn't know the difference. It wasn't until the owner piped up and made a comment in English to the group that I realized they were all talking and laughing at me. One tech, who has done my nails quite often, leaned over to pretend to look at my nail color so she could join in the fun. I left feeling humiliated. I won't ever go back again. I travel for work and am constantly on the hunt for the best nail salon in every city I go to. Bloom Nail & Spa exceeded my expectation in every way. I usually get the standard pink and white solar fill but today decided to go with a little color to shake things up. I had Jack for my tech and his attention to detail was fantastic. I had lines in my nail bed from overlapping fills with different shades of pink and Jack was having none of that. He took the time to soak off the old gel and take my nails down to bare and then started. I picked this beautiful blue glitter to go on the tips. Jack took the time to do one nail first to make sure I liked it first. It was awesome! Then he suggested something different for my ring fingers. I wasn't sure what but he had something in mind. He blended the white with the blue glitter in a sweeping half and half design. I love it!! Very clean and quiet. Lindsey helped me today. I was a first time walk in. She did an amazing job on my gel mani as well my polish pedi. She called me by my name throughout my visit which was very nice and a all around great change from my old salon on Crystal Falls. I will make an apt next time just for her. I was curious and asked if she feels it's easier to take walk ins or apts. she said apts are easier to manage! Good to know! Prices were reasonable. I got a gel manicure here and I am less than impressed. It took over an hour, without needing to soak off first. The nail tech had a very hard time understanding me and kept having to call one of the other women over to ask me what I needed. One of my nails was very crooked before she started painting, so I asked her to fix it. When all was said and done, it was still not even close to being straight. They suck. Went in for mani pedi and SNS. The lady spent 30 seconds massaging my feet, did not do the callus removal on one foot. Never got the mani, they just did the SNS. Told the guy twice I did not want square nails. That is exactly what he did. There was red powder stuck all over my fingers. Another lady had to come remove it because he just left without finishing. My daughter got tips and SNS, the lady made them so bumpy and misshaped another lady has to come fix them. I will never go back. read more

I've thought long and hard about writing this review. I am new to the world of dip powder manicures and did not know what to expect. I came to this salon to have my powder removed. At the start of the process, I verbalized to the technician that I was very focused on preserving as much of my natural nail as possible. She seemed to not really care as she did not even acknowledge the comment. She soaked the nails for a brief moment, then broke out the dremel. Again I reminded her that my nail health was of utmost importance. Again, she did not respond. The end result is complete nail damage. My nails are now thin, flimsy, and very deep, obvious dremel marks are apparent. As I have spoken to others who are more knowledgeable, I was told that this is the absolute wrong way to remove the powder and that I should have left. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Hopefully, my nails will recover from the damage. They should not be allowed to stay in business if customer health and satisfaction are not the focus. read more

The ladies were so sweet and immediately led me to a seat. I had a different nail tech (Becky, who will forever be my favorite, she is amazing). She listened to everything I told her and asked about anything I didn't. I skipped the design and just did a plain nude because you can't go wrong with a classic. Bloom Nail & Spa opened in the past month or two and is offering discounted services while they build their clientele. Being new they have a great selection of new polishes. My first visit I got a gel nail manicure. The nail tech not only did a an excellent job, she also did my nails quickly. My second visit was for a basic pedicure which normally runs $28. Despite it being a Sunday afternoon in summer there was no wait. The chairs are new and super comfy and bonus they have purse hooks. Once again the nail tech did an excellent job. Upon checking out my bill came to $21 as they are still running discounts. An hour wait at my normal nail spot is what brought my to Bloom. Bloom's quality service, rainbow of fresh colors and reasonable prices will keep me coming back. read more

I'm from out of town so I was super scared about going here because I read other reviews from people that had a horrible experience. I came in and tried it anyway and they immediately asked what I needed right when I walked in. I told them I wanted a pedi and they asked me to wash my hands first. (Which wasn't a big deal) and they sat me down and started on my pedicure. They also immediately asked me if I would like something to drink. Super friendly people here! Thought i would give a shot since they were doing 20% off as a Grand opening special. I went there twice, my first and my last. The hostess was very friendly, however the guy doing my pedicure was non social, didnt bother to give his name, nor ask how is my day. He cut me on my foot and didnt even bother to apologize for it. My manicure was terrible, my daughter can do better than him. The establishment is nice n new, everything looked clean because it is new. But service is bad, 2 other ladies were in there also and noone ould talk to them either. One would think you would want repeating customers and customers to talk good about it, thats how u build business. Wont be going back!!! Nor recommend it!! read more
