Today my friend and I went here for the first time. Place is very lovely and the staff is friendly. Loved the option of a complementary drink. We both got a mani and pedi and it was very relaxing. They provide many different package options. I myself enjoyed the remedy package with the hot wax on the feet. Very different experience and looking forward to next time. This was my first time here. Wanted to treat myself to a nice pedicure for Mother's Day/ Nurses week. The location is beautiful and they got me in right away. There was a lot of miscommunication and I'm maybe my nail tech didn't know know English well because she kept asking others. I picked a medium priced pedi service. I barely got any massage, barely buffed my heals, skipped part of the service I ordered and was really aggressive and painful with the clippers and files. I asked for a gel French manicure. She told me I needed extensions but I always get my toes this way and never had a problem. I wish she would have spoke up if I was asking for something she couldn't do and get some one else. The first coat looked like my whole nail was half white. I asked if she could make the line smaller. She did try but the result was pretty sloppy. I'm not happy but I went to pay and I'm told $70 ! $70 for the the job in the pic and the worst rushed pedicure. $25 up charge just for a tiny strip of gel polish that they did not tell me about until I went to pay. I asked to speak with someone else so I could explain my disappointment. They kinda made a scene and I felt really embarrassed. Another girl fixed them and they looked ok but all in all it was $85 to be super stressed out. Also apparently you get complimentary beverages too that I was never offered. I definitely won't be back at that price. Too many other salons doing a better job for a more reasonable price this is just one of the few open on Sundays. read more

Worst set of dip nails I've ever had. They were not cheap and didn't even last me 7 days.

I have been a faithful customer at bloom nails for about 1.5 years. I went there on May 11th for a dip set. on May 13th I have 7 nails with cracks and chipping. I went back to show them. The nail Technician Lee was very angry towards me and accused me of damaging my nails at work. I explained to him that I've been doing the same work for years and that this has never happened. He proceeded to fix my nails but, he snatched my hand and was very rough with me. He also told me that he would never do my nails again. So, I got up and left the shop. I didn't want and Angry tech on my nails! The manager John and his wife Tammy were out of town. So, I left and will never return. I spent 85.00 dollars and I always leave a nice tip. This was my 1st time at Bloom Nails & Spa. It was an amazing experience and Rose hooked me up!!! Pedicure, Fill and eyebrow wax. Her attention to detail is EVERYTHING!!! My feet felt 5 lbs. lighter. I felt like I could run in the 2020 Olympics, literally. LOL The whole staff was very nice and made the experience very inviting. All the nail technicians looked like they knew what to do. $110 for gel Pedi & Mani and nails were crooked and super sharp. I told the lady 2x they were too sharp and she would just say ok ok. Had to go to another spa to correct. I would not suggest this place for nail services. read more

Horrible scheduling. Booked a day in advance for an appointment at 4:30. It's 4:55 and I witnessed another customer LEAVE because her appointment was also made at 4:30 and did not have the time to wait 30 min. hence why we schedule. After a bad dip on my wife's nails, she contacted the owner to make an appointment to fix the issue. The appointment went fine and they re-applied the dip, everything seemed fine until the owner called the next day requesting payment for the service. Shockingly bad customer service, after they had admitted to switching dip products and having several issues as a result of the product change. read more

I will never be back after the rude comment the worker gave. First I received a pedicure, manicure with dip. Pedicure was great but when he got to my hand I have rigged nails cut cuticles (bleeding). I'm sure it's because he made a comment "chicken under your nails" I asked him 2x's what he said to make sure I heard him correctly. I then explained to him I don't play those games. By me being a African-American female I was offended! I voiced my disbelief and disappointment with the manager (man at front desk) and he only said "oh no." I paid my $123, I can deal with one-off of not so great nails but I will never be ok with racist comment and will never be back! Please do not support this establishment! read more

Always clean, friendly, and accommodating. I don't make it here often but I'm always spoiled when I do make it here for a pedicure.

Sorry to report my experience was less than stellar. The salon itself is very nice and they are very careful regarding the health of their clients, is why they got 2 stars instead of one. My first professional pedicure since COVID and if this is the level of service available, I'll continue to do my own. Rushed and sloppy. Minimal massage on pedi and mani. Very poor attention to detail on shaping of nail and polish application. AND the place was not busy, there was no reason to rush. read more

Horrible pedicure for $48. Massage was done to the top of my feet only by rubbing the same spot over and over. Wouldn't recommend.

Extremely disappointed. Went in with a friend for pedicure and manicure. Evidently they misheard and thought we only asked for pedicures. Took me for my manicure and left my friend sitting even though we said we were together. My manicure was finished and they still had not touched my friend. The, in less than a week my gel manicure started peeling completely off. I called and they said they only guarantee a week! Really?!? For the price paid, I believe they should have redone my nails. First, great ambience. Then it is hit or miss. Took my teen daughters for mani-pedis. The host at the front door does a very poor job of managing walk-ins and seems to be selective of who goes first based on race ( I am white, my kids are Latin). We waited an hour and 10 people were seen ahead of us that walked in after us. The female manicurists are good, the males are very hit or miss. My oldest daughter wanted hombre coffin shaped nails. She has had them many times before and her manicurist did such a poor job she had the guy remove them which he did poorly and left acrylic on her nails. My daughter didn't want me to pay the 70.00 they tried to charge me And it ended up being a thing. Very, very uncomfortable when paying 250.00 for 3 mani-pedi's. Ouch! read more
