On my first visit, Kathaleen helped me find two dresses I genuinely loved, which was already more success than I'd had at most places. When I came back weeks later, Taylor assisted me and somehow made the experience even better. I tried on more dresses and left feeling excited, confident, and honestly giddy--something I hadn't consistently felt elsewhere.
A few days later, I came back for a third visit to revisit my favorites, and that's when I found my dress. What meant the most to me was that even after coming in multiple times, I was never made to feel like a burden or an inconvenience.
