I screenshot some of their stock photos as theme inspirations for something similar in those directions but specified wanted purple color flowers as the main color. At the time of pickup in store, the lady gave me a bouquet of red roses, dark purple carnations, and baby's-breath andddddd that's not what I requested for. I show my order request to the staff at the store + my text request of the bouquet theme in which I received confirmations on. The lady apologized and quickly assembled a bouquet with my color palette in mind within 15 minutes. I'm glad the staff made the correction, she was friendly and the end product was lovely. If you're looking for Korean inspired bouquets, certainly recommend them. P. S. Tldr: Elisa at Blooming Moment is an amazing, artful, communicative florist who helped make our wedding vision come true. Elisa created the personal florals, centerpieces and bud vases for our wedding. She really captured the feel and aesthetic I was going for, and went above and beyond on the styling. Our guests gave lots of complements on the flowers! The flowers themselves were also quite hardy! Lasting a venue move and several days after in the case of my bouquet, which suffered quite a lot on the wedding day. We also ordered a wedding cake from Linda through Elisa last minute and the florals on the cake really tied it in with the rest of the decor! My experience with Blooming Moment Florist was quite disappointing. I ordered the Blush Rose Pure White Serenity Bouquet online for a 2 PM pickup time. The bouquet was a hefty price of $113 plus tax, but seeing the photo on the website, I thought it would be worth it. When my boyfriend arrived to pickup the bouquet at 2 PM, they seemed confused as if they had missed my order. This resulted in a 20 minute wait while they prepared it. When the bouquet was finally ready, it did not meet my expectations at all. Instead of the blush roses as shown on their website, it contained roses in white with a purplish hue, with only one blush pink rose included. Given the high cost of the bouquet, this was highly disappointing. Overall this was upsetting as it was supposed to be a gift for a friend. The missed order, incorrect fulfillment of the order and lack of quality control was a huge letdown. I will not be returning to Blooming Moment Florist based on this experience. read more

From his experience, he says the service is good but sometimes unresponsive because they're very busy so might be better to call instead of text but overall very helpful still because they'll send pictures and example via text and are very knowledgeable and experts in what they do. I booked Blooming Moment to do all my florals for my wedding. The florals came out FANTASTIC! I ordered: - bridal bouquet - x6 bridesmaids bouquets - x19 centerpieces of two different styles (6 Eiffel tower style vases, 13 shorter centerpieces) - cake florals I coordinated with Elisa and she did amazing work! She really outdid herself on the bouquets especially, the flowers were so fresh, large and beautiful! They LASTED DAYS after my wedding without any water, looking so large and colorful! I've been a bridesmaids for multiple weddings and have often seen bouquets look dead and wilted by the after ceremony photoshoot. They were also FULL and SO PRETTY from every single angle! The bouquets were also very ergonomic and easy to hold, not too heavy. This is important because you want the bouquets to be held in the right spot for hours on end for photos / videos. If bridesmaids start getting tired, they'll start holding it out of place and taking breaks by holding it in just one hand at a time. The bridesmaid bouquet was also light so I was able to use it for my bouquet toss without worrying about knocking someone out. Elisa is also timely, she dropped off the florals at my hotel for transport to ceremony. She also had all the reception florals ready to go exactly on time. This was the first florist I found that specializes in soap flowers (could also be used for decor) instead. The flowers actually smell GREAT at first, but the scent does die overtime, which is completely normal. The soap flowers have a nice texture (thicker than real flowers) but I like how real they look from afar! This is a hidden-small business that seems to be owned by 2 sweet ladies. They didn't have a sign outside (from when I went in the beginning of the year) but this could have been updated now. You can choose to order online and pick from their already arranged bouquets or you can call in to customize (same price). They also give you the option to have it in a bouquet or box (square or circular) depending on your preference. You can also pick the color of the box which I thought was a nice touch. They also have really good service (very accommodating for customize orders and pick-up). They also communicate with you through text if you have any questions on your order!
