I normally wouldn't care this much but being that I had an important event the following Monday, I relied on them for a decent manicure and it was a huge waste of time and money. My nails came out fat, uneven and look like big bubbles. I told him 5 times to shave them down more and make them even and he said no they look good. The manager didn't even offer a discount or fix them, he just told me to come back to have them fixed but I live in Manhattan and that is not an option for me. I now have to find the time to get them redone somewhere else and spend another hour and $50 on nails. Never again with this place.

You can expect at least a 10 minute deep tissue massage on each leg with just a regular pedicure, and 20 minutes on each leg for a Spa (The extra 15 for the Spa pedi is totally worth it!). Not only are the pedicures great but the group of girls they have working are always so sweet and attentive. If youre in there on a not so busy day, you can often expect a great neck massage as your nails dry. I have gone to many highly-rated Spa's and I can honestly still say that I have never received a better leg massage then at Soho. I have been going to Soho since they first opened when I was 11 and 12 years later I still will not go anywhere else.

I was there two weeks prior and paid almost $200 for a full set and gel pedicure. I didn't want to cause a seen. I paid, and left without hesitation. I will never be back. I will be doing my nails at home from now on. Update 3/11/24 - the acrylic is already lifting and the skin around my fingers is raw from how much of nail is missing at the tip. I got Almond shaped nails so, yes you have to file them to shape. But not so much that my finger tips are raw.
