Sisley Guest speaker Darren! He was amazing!

Fortunate to attend Sisley's Mega Hair Rituel Event at Bloomingdales! Thanks Monica, Paige, and staff for a lovely event! Darren (unsure of spelling), from the Pacific Northwest (Tacoma) shared a musical rendition of Sisley's well formulated and award winning, hair and skin care products! Treated to a flower box of Sisley samples, and a sweet treat during the presentation, followed by mini makeovers and a Photo / Animation Booth. Don't leave without a three featured hair item purchase (or facsimile option), which rewards you with a full sized hair spray ($120 value) and tote bag! Mahalo for the invite!!!

We were looking to replace all of our bath linens and some bathroom accessories since we recently completed our condo unit's flooring project. I wanted to create a relaxing tropical spa-like décor with plush yet absorbent and quick-drying towels. Walking into the Home Department, we were greeted by a sales representative, Gen, who asked us a few questions to understand what we were looking for. He took the time to guide us through the luxe bath linens such as Abyss & Habidecor, Matouk, Ralph Lauren, Mark Aram, and more. Our search started with a selection of an accent rug by Abyss & Habidecor, which we felt would create the start of our spa, and then purchased a couple of towel sets by Matouk. I mentioned to my husband that we've always had either cream or light-colored linens, but I've wanted white towels that I grew up with. Yes, I know that some may feel that white linens are dull, but I see them as refreshing and versatile. Anyway, the white Matouk towels are made of 100% long-staple cotton, making them insanely comfy, absorbent, and easy to care for. Gen made our shopping experience very pleasant. He was respectful and was kind to inform us about the upcoming sales promotions. Gen provided us with top-notch customer service as each time we stopped in, he willingly made the time to help us personally. Even when we came by to pick up a purchase that he had set aside for us and saw him assisting other customers, he quickly acknowledged our presence. As soon as he completed the customer's transaction, he promptly retrieved our order pick up without asking for our name. We ended up signing up for Bloomingdale's Loyalist Rewards Program, which will give us access to insider events and accrue points towards a Rewards Card. We'll be back as we appreciate the quality of products and excellent customer service.

Excellent service from Mr. Steven Frank , the sales rep in Men's Department. メンズ部門の営業担当、スティーブン・フランク氏のサービスは素晴らしかったです。 He helped me to pick out items, gave great honest advice and I will go back to Bloomingdale's again for his help in the future. Highly recommend working with the sales specialists when possible.

On Bloomingdale's website, promotion is spend $150 in beauty merchandise and get $20.00 ends April 3. Yesterday, I signed up for an account and placed my order at 1:00 pm . Part of my order is in store pickup and rest will be mailed with free store gift I received email notification that my order was ready. It was my 2nd visit to store to pickup my order at concierge. Store didn't seem busy and checked out Kiehls counter. The store has 3 exits of which 1 leads to the mall. Today, I went to return merchandise at concierge where male employee assisted. He said it takes 2 hours to get my order ready and come back by 1:00 pm. Female employee who was as Elizabeth Arden counter led me to fragrance counter. Employee Will sprayed samples of 3 Marc Jacobs perfume on paper strip. I haven't decided on buying any fragrance and maybe on my next visit to pickup my 2nd order.

I got a FE diaperbag as a gift but had NO IDEA how to use it - it's an older version with the bassinet attachment. It was from an aunty, NWOT, and I don't mind it didn't have tags, or that it's an older version. I've always been the kind of girlie to thrift shop because I'm not a fan of what the clothing industry has done to our planet. This is why we went to FE-Kapolei in the first place: for someone to help us figure out how to use this thing. Read my review for the Kapolei location to know what happens next. Anyways, since that first visit, I visited FE a bunch of times because of their baby clothes. One reason I'm also not a FE person is the prints are too much for me. Put it this way, the only print I would kind of consider wearing is the simple fish print in black, no other colors! And then next thing you know, there's also a baby section as well for my son! Having a baby changes you, I'll still thrift for my clothes, but I wouldn't mind getting my son the newest clothes from a locally owned, woman ran business. Also, I LOVE being able to text the store and reserve items, no driving all the way to find out it's not there! And the quality of the clothes is definitely there. Decided to buy a baby onesie for our family photos and another baby onesie for our friends who are pregnant. I know baby clothes don't last long, but I just couldn't help myself! Overall, I may only like a couple things from FE, but the fact that it's supporting local is a big plus for me! Also, the quality of the clothing is so great considering the price.

Their online drops are legendary--beautiful, meaningful designs rooted in Hawaiian culture--but blink and you'll miss them. I've lost out more times than I can count, so stepping into their charming little yellow cottages on Monsarrat Avenue felt like a dream come true. The shop is small but thoughtfully curated, with just one of each size available--so every piece feels extra special. There are a few parking spots right out front (a gift in itself on Monsarrat!), and the whole experience feels intimate and intentional. From the hand-printed fabrics to the cultural storytelling woven into every design, Kealopiko is more than a clothing brand--it's a celebration of place, language, and identity. I saw the reviews of others saying that the service isn't super friendly. I get it. I live with some pretty angry Hawaiians and I get that it's hard to be happy all the time living here and working in an area filled with tourists. The few times I've been here, service has been a mixed bag. But they all get the job done. They'll usually try to give you a new item (instead of the display items) if they have any in stock. I think they are card only. Ofc the most difficult thing about kealopiko is how exclusive it is. They make their clothes in small batches and hand print the material. It's good quality items and honestly less expensive than some other locally owned stores, so I like shopping here. It's just sometimes hard to get your hands on things. I'll definitely be back. I try to follow them on Instagram so that I can head to the store when they do a drop. It was definitely easier when I lived in town.

Arrive very early. The line starts well before sunrise. On Tuesday, the first person arrived at 4:50 AM; I got there at 6:00 AM and was already in the third section of the line. Another day I arrived at 3:45 AM thinking I would be first, but someone had been there since 3:30 AM. Small sizes are especially difficult to get. If you line up before 8:00 AM, you'll generally have a better chance at Medium through XXL. 2. They may open before the posted time. Although the store lists a 10:00 AM opening, it has opened around 9:15 AM. 3. Use the next-day exchange option. If your preferred size is unavailable, buy an available size and return around 9:00 AM the following day to exchange it. Keep in mind that exchanges are only for swapping sizes. You cannot purchase additional items during that visit. And since Small sells out quickly, it may still be difficult to exchange into one. Overall, the staff is friendly and professional, especially considering they manage huge crowds all day and answer the same questions repeatedly. Great store, but treat it like an early-morning event rather than a casual shopping stop.
