Tiger Lilly is the newest occupant taking over 400 Colorado Street. If you've ever been to the late…read moreEstelle's, it offers a similar vibe with moody, elegant decor, but with a friendlier, more inviting atmosphere. There are no food offerings, but the specialty drinks offered are immaculate (& ridiculously overpriced for the size). Open Thursday to Saturday from 6 PM to 2 AM, the space boasts vintage furniture, eclectic artwork, and carefully curated décor. Tiger Lilly has two floors, the first floor showcasing a bar and bar stools around and the second floor with more dining spaces and modular spaces for intimate conversations. There are also private rooms and a whole venue buyout for rent.

We actually found it pretty last minute and decided to go early since we knew we'd be taking photos and didn't want to deal with crowds. When we arrived, it was pretty quiet, which honestly worked out perfectly for us. The décor is bold and eclectic in the best way, think velvet booths, curated gallery walls, low lighting, and these amazing feathered chandeliers that tie the whole space together. We ordered the Tiger Lilly cocktail and the Elote, both were fantastic. The drinks are not only pretty but good, which isn't always a given in places that are more vibe-forward. Ours were balanced, flavorful, and well-presented. The DJ was there, early, which was a nice surprise, it gave the whole place some life without being overwhelming. The staff was super kind, especially the manager who came by to check in and even gave us a little background on the space. We appreciated how welcoming everyone was. We heard that the night before had been packed, so it sounds like this place definitely fills up later at night. We're looking forward to coming back when it's livelier to get the full experience, but for a chill early visit focused on ambiance, great service, and creative drinks, it absolutely hit the mark. Pro tip: If you're someone who loves a visually aesthetic experience and wants a place to snap a few pics before the rush, go early like we did. Can't wait to return!

There was a short wait, but we sat at the bar and was served quickly with our drinks. When we got our table our server was over in a few seconds and ready to take our order. Our order came out in less than 10 minutes...nice! The interior is large and a little old, but this just makes the place more memorable. Thanks Jardin Corona for your hospitality and for ensuring we were fed with good food!

Soggy, bland, cost an arm and a leg. Fighting with DD now to get my money back. But omg, I've never had anything so horrific in my life. The salsa was basically tomato sauce, chips, all stale, never order anything to go from here because apparently they don't know to cut the corners off the boxes to let condensation out. I got 3 orders of the same things because of DD but neither failed to be a POS order. Jalapeños were actually fresh and spicy! Loved that, with my soggy unflavored food. I'll never ever order here again. I spent over $80 to get shit I wouldn't feed a stray dog. I doubt it's the cooks fault. Ima blame management. Online because they are the culprit. The cooks probably have no idea they can cut corners off the boxes to make sure the food it's shit scraped off the floor by the time it gets to the customer

In addition to stellar bands, singers, and deejays, the staff are incredible. Let's not forget the amazing owner, Eileen. Truly salt the earth. Best place to bust out your dance moves. Even better, they're on the right side of history. Social justice warriors at their finest! Along with dance nights, I've attended quite a few social justice events here. Power to the People!

Just like humans, all cats have different purrsonalities, but they all need love. We have created the perfect environment for them to relax and meow around while they wait to discover their perfect match. We are hoping to reduce euthanasia in animal shelters and increase adoptions. We want to provide homeless cats with 9 lives full of love." Cool concept...you pay $15 for 30 minutes or $30 for 70 minutes to play with a cat in the lounge to determine whether you want to adopt a cat. The space is bright, welcoming and open. It is like a group cat love fest. The lounge has been in business for about 4 years and have had about 1,900 adoptions. My friend did not adopt a cat but she will return. You must make an appointment to visit with the cats.
