They were super accommodating for three of us who needed our brows done toward the end of the day, which I really appreciated. The lady doing my brows was super meticulous, but just be super specific with what you'd want them to do. I came here before a few weeks ago during the day for eyebrow shaping and they did a nice job. I came back again on 12/06 at 6:20pm (40 minutes before they close) and was told to have a seat. An older woman and younger girl were working on putting a chair together while a young boy ran around the store. 20 minute passed and not a single thing was said so I left. I love Pammi wtih an I. This was my first time so I really didn't know what to expect. However, for the massage and facial I received it was amazing and affordable without frou frou stuff that the other spas try to throw in that I don't need. I am excited to see her in 3 weeks if not just for the relaxation factor. My nose and cheeks feel cleaner. Horrible experience. I got my waxing done here and the lady was very violent. I had to tell her to be gentle more than once. Not fully waxed and my skin had multiple injuries! The cloth she gave me to change was obviously never washed! I will not come again! read more

First thing I liked about them is they do follow the appointment booking timings perfectly, no need to worry about the wait time , we just have to be on time. The staff is very nice and they are very safe by wearing masks and gloves, also the place is super clean. I would not go back just because I was VERY specific on how my eyebrows where more straight shape and she changed the shape of my eyebrows, which I did not like very much. I found out Blossom Brow art here on Yelp and oh my! I am soo glad I did! I had an amazing experience with Pammi. This was my first time going to this salon and I booked eyebrows threading and full leg waxing, but after she did my legs, I loved the result soo much that I've decided to do my arms as well. She was very thorough but quick as well, she is very gentle, detailed and after waxing my legs she was applying oil on my legs and I got like a mini massage. I was thrilled! The salon is very clean, they follow all the rules and regulations for Covid, there are hands sanitizers everywhere, we were wearing masks the whole time, Pammi was wearing the gloves the whole time as well. I will definitely go back for waxing and threading but will also have a facial. Definitely will recommend this place and Pammi to everyone! read more
