Your average Indian salon. Chaotic experience especially during peak times. Everyone running everywhere, yelling and telling here and there. But you can't beat a $3 eyebrow threading. But thread lightly, your eyebrows can be threaded through a wide range depending who you get doing them. read more

I DONT KNOW HOW MANY CLIENTS WERE WAXED PRIOR TO ME USING THE SAME POT OF WAX THAT WAS USED ON ME. 3 ER VISITS AND TWO DIFFERENT ROUND OF ANTIBIOTICS LATER I HAVE A STAPH INFECTION WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE. I've been coming here for a few years to get my brows and face threaded. Recently, I signed up for hydro facials and has been going smoothly with all services until today. I asked to get my brows tinted and they came out horrible. They were blotchy and too dark. When I asked to lighten it, they tried to wipe it with an oil which by then it was too late. They left me unattended for too long before they checked on my brows. I asked to get more cleaned off and received an attitude from another employee telling me to "go home it'll eventually fade." I know how tint works and this won't fade off much in 2 days. They finally admitted that they were only supposed to leave it on for 3 or so mins, not over 10mins. I'm not one to ask for refunds but with the sorry ass apology I got, I'd want a refund. Hate that I won't be coming back. They're good to you until they're not. read more

I don't recommend this place. Today was my second visit, and I opted for a hair wash and cut, which cost $80. However, the service was disappointing. The stylist seemed rushed, giving me a haircut in just five minutes without paying attention. Throughout the process, she appeared distracted. Additionally, three trainees attempted to iron my hair without adequate training or supervision At the end, they just left me with the apron without telling me anything. when I inquired, they kept saying someone would attend to me, but nobody did, Very poor customer care. I visited this place for the first time. The brow person I go to was out sick. My brows needed cleaning so I googled places that took walk ins. I called ahead of time & they said they weren't busy. I got there & there were 4 people ahead if me which I thought wasnt bad. BUT there was only one person working. I waited an hour & during that hour the place got more full. I wanted to leave due to the wait time but i really needed my brows cleaned for an event. Once it was my turn, i asked her not to touch the shape but rather just clean the brow. I was so nervous as all the women who were there had very thin brows. I asked for price & she said $3. I was shocked. I also asked her to wax my upper lip & she said that would be $5. Which was ok. However, she applied the wax & was way to hot for the skin. They use the wax that gets hard & they pull. No use of cloth. She then went in with thread to finishing cleaning what the wax couldnt. You know that saying "YOU GET FOR WHAT YOU PAY FOR" This brow place is exactly that. Very cheap price. Very slow service. read more

We've been going here for years and never had any issues we loved it. My mom went today and got her usual, threaded brows & waxed upper lip. The lady put wax very messy all over her lip & nose and when she put the strip she peeled her skin on her lip, left it all red and raw. All the lady said "sorry" and tried giving her napkins with hand sanitizer. Very unprofessional and my mom left with a peeled off lip and in so much pain. I still don't know why they want people to give them low rating. I really want them to give a 5 start but they just keep there customers waiting for hours and just 1 lady is there for 10 people eyebrows. I understand it's cheap so wait is genuine but there should at least some one who can attend on reciption. They actually don't even whether you wait for hours or not. If we want to spend less for eyebrows wait is genuine. On my first trip to Anu I was coming off of a eyelashes from a different salon and was unhappy . She listened to my concerns and reassured me and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Also need to mention I got my eyelashes from her ever. I have wavy/loose curly hair that tended to do what it wants. She cut my hair in a way I'd never seen before where she would do small pieces and cut it into a v so that my curls fall perfectly now. Even just let it air dry with some product and they fall right into place. I've been to her 3x and counting! And my friend recently went on my recommendation and loved her cut and gray coverage too. 100% recommend!! read more

It's so weird they have prayers playing in the background. This would be a first of it's kind salon where they have some Indian prayers instead of music. Most people would rather prefer silence. One of the staff smelled like Indian food. The place overall doesn't have a clean feel to it. They do have very reasonable charges for most services. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I've been coming here for eyebrow tinting and today was my 5th time visiting here. I just had disappointing experience today with this lady who did my eyebrows. Her job was so sloppy when she cleaned my eyebrows and my left eyebrow was so outlined with tinting. It needed up my left side is way thicker than right side. She didn't even check if I liked it or not. She kept push-selling other services while she was cleaning my eyebrows. "You have so many blackheads on your face, we do facial..give me 15-20min and it's $75 Yes or No?" "You have hair on your upper lips, do you wanna clean it for $5?" "Do you wanna clean your nose? We can clean it for you." It was little bit annoying and I was heartbroken how dirty my face is. She went to backroom to unbox some stuff with other coworkers and completely left me alone for 15-20min before she start tinting my eyebrow. I would come back to this place, because their price is cheap, but I wouldn't let same lady to do my eyebrows. I'm still regret that I tipped her. read more

I used to have thick eyebrows before I made the mistake of going here. I specifically sat down and told her I'm trying to make my eyebrows thicker and showed her the areas where she shouldn't thread as much because there is less growth. Fast forward- I jump out of the chair before shes even done to see the progress because it was taking way too long and hurting more than usual and my eyebrows came out to be the thinnest they've ever been in my entire life. I'm furious; I've been working on getting my eyebrows thicker for years and now all that patience and hard work is diminished. I will not be coming back. read more

I have been going here for over a year and never had any issues. I went there yesterday for my eyebrows and upperlip threading and they did a terrible job. I have not seen the lady before who did my threading yesterday. I'm not picky about my eyebrows but the lady messed it up so bad that I could see that it's not right. She was not ready to accept that it was bad and then she also screwed up my second eyebrow. She took out more hairs than required and one can easily notice the difference in the two eyebrows. read more
