I don't use dry cleaners that often. The two times I needed something done, both times I was thoroughly disappointed. I needed my sheer curtains washed and ironed. I knew it was gonna cost a bit, but I didn't care as long as they were nice looking because these were expensive curtains. The job was awful and they were wrinkled throughout both panels. Fine, I'll give them another chance. Brought something like four or five pieces of clothing, most of it was just for washing and not dry cleaning. One of the pair of shorts was a very nice and expensive piece of clothing that they ruined. The guy took the shorts and said he was gonna find out what happened. It's been more than a week, still haven't heard back and I don't give a crap anymore. And for those four or five pieces, I paid something like $50. I have no idea what I paid for because I don't usually look at the details but I knew that I'm never coming back to this place again. They're very friendly and nice so I'm not trying to be rude, but if I pay for a service, I expect better.

When we went to pick it up, we had to wait at an empty front counter for five minutes just for someone to finally bother coming out from the back. To make matters worse, the jacket was sitting out completely exposed on the open counter instead of being safely hung up. The employee handed it over to me without checking a slip or verifying my identity first. She then panicked, ran outside after me, and started pestering me for names because she realized she had completely bypassed their own tracking loop, never gave my mom a slip in the first place, and had no paper trail. Thankfully, the jacket wasn't lost or damaged, but the sheer laziness, lack of organization, and terrible security means I will never trust this business with my clothing again. I made the mistake of asking for a relatively complex job on an expensive gown. They did their best but they should've declined the job, and I should've changed directions after the intake. Ultimately, they botched the job, and I went home in tears with a dress that they also unintentionally snagged by accidentally stapling the receipt to the dress itself. The dress also needed a heavy duty dry cleaning (from a different cleaner) afterwards from the odors in the shop. I do feel for them because it was super hot out and the shop is west-facing in the sun. It's not an easy job, I know. But I personally would recommend you try them for services that they are more used to, not complex dress/gown alterations.
