Expect incredibly slow service and an absolute lack of basic security protocols. My mother dropped off a suede jacket, and the employee took the item without ever giving her a receipt or a claim slip, stating they just had to check if they could process it. later, they called back and said they would not be able to. When we went to pick it up, we had to wait at an empty front counter for five minutes just for someone to finally bother coming out from the back. To make matters worse, the jacket was sitting out completely exposed on the open counter instead of being safely hung up. The employee handed it over to me without checking a slip or verifying my identity first. She then panicked, ran outside after me, and started pestering me for names because she realized she had completely bypassed their own tracking loop, never gave my mom a slip in the first place, and had no paper trail. Thankfully, the jacket wasn't lost or damaged, but the sheer laziness, lack of organization, and terrible security means I will never trust this business with my clothing again. I brought 2 pairs of pants for alterations before leaving on 10 day trip. They were ready when they had advised. Just got home and tried both items on. Now I have an idea what it must feel like to have clothes made for you. The fit is so absolutely perfect. Such luxury from simple pants, they just feel so great. I've been going to these cleaners for YEARS. As well as getting shirts tailored. Recently I went to get a jacket tailored, the tailor that was there was completely unprofessional. Kept telling me over and over that the jacket was too big for me. (Obviously that's the reason why I was there in the first place). As he was explaining the process he very condescending. Felt like he was bothered that I interrupted his cell phone scrolling. Unfortunately due to this incident they will be loosing a loyal customer. read more

I've been going there for years. They do good work. I don't know if I'm alone in this but after I picked a place I don't look at the charge anymore. Give then the ticket, credit card, go. Big mistake. Last time I had just one polo shirt, and I happened to notice that the charge on the credit card reader looked a bit long. I looked closer and it was $10 something. I grabbed the ticket I just gave them and checked: $10.62. I thought it was a mistake so I asked, "ten dollars for one shirt?!". "Yes," she said. "Sorry, inflation." Good bye. read more

So the customer service here is great. People working here are really nice which I appreciate. I had a black coat dry cleaned that had a bunch of lint ball on it, and I had a sweater with a small hole in the sleeve patched up. Came out to $32. So fairly reasonably priced. The sweater looks great but the coat is still pretty dirty. I know black coats are hard to clean but when you pay for something to be professionally cleaned, that's what you want. Overall, give them a 3/5 for the sweater and awesome customer service. Just wish the coat didn't still have hair and lint balls on it. read more

Leather cleaning and repair was AWESOME. My brushed leather jacket - my favorite one ever - had a mystery substance stuck to it (gum?) around the size of a golf ball. It was a goner, right? Wrong - these insanely talented people got it out! No stain, no mark, picture perfect. They even fixed a hole in my pocket. Now I would pay $60-$70 bucks to save my favorite coat of all time. I wish I liked this place because it's close to home, easy to get to and easy to park. But their tailoring service ruined my coat! My style is eclectic (not that I need to explain myself or my likes to anyone) and I bought this beautiful faux fur jacket with a-down-the-middle-symmetrical patch work with different sparkly fabrics! I took it in because I wanted to bring it in a little on my waist. The woman who pinned me at first was really pleasant and had a good conversation. She did make a few assumptions that made me feel a little uncomfortable, like (in regards to my jacket) "oh! Are you going to be a wizard for Halloween?" I just laughed it off and went with it -- not feeling like I needed to explain myself, my style or that I had paid a lot of money for the coat. She asked me to come back in 10 days. 10 days later, my jacket wasn't ready. This time the guy who was going to do my alterations was talking to me while re-pinning me. Full of assumptions he said "the way that they had pinned before was too complicated for a costume." So he pinned me down the middle. I was in shock, looking back, I wish I had defended myself, but all I could say was "will it still be symmetrical?" He said yes. But when I came back in a week, it wasn't! I ended up paying 50$ for them to ruin my jacket! :( I also had them restitch a little part of a dress that had come undone. That they did well. That's why I have them 1 star. In conclusion, go to them for small alterations, but don't trust them with anything that might require a little more work (not necessarily hard work, just more work) because they will find a way to make it easier on them, and ruin your clothing! read more

I dropped off a brand new hoodie sweater that has never been washed to get dry cleaned, When I picked it up, it was not even stored in a bag until they gave it to me and it looked old and washed out. The sleeves and the center pocket were discolored. I took it back and the owner had no idea this happened, or how it happened, but advised me to leave it and that he would fix it. Attached are the pictures , of how they left it at first and how it looked when they fixed it. This was my first time coming here and I appreciate them fixing what they messed up, but I won't be coming back. I needed to have my dress fixed for a party on sunday. I brought it in on Thursday not thinking that it could be done, but they said I could have it Saturday afternoon. When I got off work, I went there but got there when the store was already closed. Luckily I had heard that there were other stores and called to find one that was open.
