Such a wonderful experience I had here! I purchased an ALO coat that was advertised online with either a black zipper or silver but it was sold only with a silver one (see photo) and really wanted to change the silver zipper for a black one and before meeting with daisy 2 different tailors refused to do it because too scared to mess up with the coat! But thank god I met with Daisy and her tailor Peter did an AMAZING job with changing the zipper as it looks SO GOOD and so much better in black! I was even able to choose the exact type of black zipper I wanted prior! It looks absolutely perfect! Very neat and super professional work! On top of this it was very reasonably priced and done in a reasonable delay which I so truly appreciate. I also asked them to wash house pads for long chairs and they fixed a tiny hole in it for free! I'm so grateful! Owner has no compassion and doesn't take responsibility for damaging garments. I brought in a very, very expensive Loro Piana blazer with special enamel buttons on the sleeves. Let's say when I returned to pick up, all the enamel stones were off. The owner never protected the buttons during dry cleaning. When I called her to let her know the blazer was missing all the enamel, her response was un compassionate and simply couldn't care less. She goes to check and calls me back and offers to attach the enamel pieces she recovered (4 out of 8). Basically telling me she will even it out on each side. Well. What about the missing 4? Well, she basically told me to go and find them through Loro Piana. Like seriously. You charged me to dry clean a very expensive jacket. You didn't take care in dry cleaning it and have the nerve to send me to find replacement buttons that you lost and damaged. Do I work for you? No. I don't. I paid you for a dry cleaning service and you damaged it. Take responsibility and recover the buttons yourself. DO NOT GO HERE. They don't care! Her attitude is disgusting and I do hope my review will warn people about the way they treat your garments and most importantly you. read more

I cannot sing high enough praises. I came in sure that a dress recently mangled by another dry cleaner could never be saved. The fabric had been rubbed so hard the dye had been removed, leaving very large spots in the front. I was sure it could never be fixed but hoped. I brought Sherry in this Madame Alexander's Scarlet O'Hara Dress for cleaning. It was old, discolored and dirty! As usual Sherry had such confidence about what she could do to bring the the dress and petticoat back to life. I was concerned about how they would dry clean a very high-end men's suit as other cleaners in the area had not done a very good job despite my trying them more than once.   She advised they have been doing this for over 35 years, and not to have any concerns.
