She immediately responded, "No massage, sorry." I asked why, and she repeated the same thing. I then asked, "Is it because I'm in a wheelchair?" She did not answer. I have never experienced anything like this as a customer. Being treated differently or denied service because I use a wheelchair is completely unacceptable. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic dignity, respect, and courtesy. This was an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience.
