Today my friends and I came here for a massage, expecting to relax, but the experience was uncomfortable from the start. As soon as we lay down, the staff said we had to pay first. I was fine with that and prepared to transfer $120, but the masseuse behind me kept staring at my phone and my bank account while repeatedly saying, "Give 200, give 200." I've been to many massage places, and tipping is always decided after the service. Still, under pressure, I transferred $150, planning to add more later if the massage was good. Instead, the four masseuses started loudly complaining in front of us, saying the tip was too small and that they didn't want to do the massage. It was rude, embarrassing, and extremely unprofessional. They only started working after I said I could add more in cash, and even then the massage was mediocre and their attitude was terrible. Many of the ladies here have been here for a very long time, and they are happy working here. The quality of the massage really depends on who you get. The rooms are okay, not the cutest or anything but there are definitely experienced masseuses here and I'm just here for a good massage. After the massage, they ask if you want barley tea or water, and then you get dressed. Your masseuse gives you the tea/water and you pay them the massage and the tip. The lady that did the massage was like $50. I was like WHAT? I spoke to you before and asked you how much and you said $30 and it was posted up on the wall too. I'm paying $10 and you are asking me to pay $50? her coworker was okay with $40 and said yes you can pay $40. I paid the $40 and i spoke to her coworker about how unhappy I am because how she asked for more tips or to change the cost of the service. I also told her I understand the things they said. Very disrespectful. the coworker was nice enough to hear me but then ANOTHER ONE OF THE COWORKER came out and told her to just go do the work and ignore me. I don't care how good your workers give massage services but they are terrible at demanding customer more tips and speaking bad stuffs about customers and they thought I don't understand it. It was hard to find an open massage place during Covid, which is usually not the case in this area. But once I found this place I had a really good experience. The place smelled clean, you can tell that they were being very careful about keeping the place sanitary. They pointed at their price menu: it was $15 for feet only for 45 minutes or $20 for feet, head, back and shoulders for 1 hr. The lady that massaged me wore a mask with the plastic clear covering over it and wore plastic gloves. She gave me a really good massage. She really got into the areas where I needed it. Overall a good experience. They didn't ask me to pay until the end of the massage. It cost $20 for a 1 hr foot massage including feet, back, neck, head and shoulders. I gave her a $20 tip. I have to say this is not the first time I've been here but definitely yesterday was the worst time I've ever experienced. Me and my sister went for one hour body section at 8 pm last night. Honestly, it wasn't massage service, it was WRESTLING. Our body was hurt when we woke up in the next morning. We didn't feel relaxing during the service. Moreover, the ladies who did the service did not understand what they were doing. My sister had to stop the service because she couldn't take it anymore. We felt harassed, especially those ladies were multiply wrapping and smashing our butts. I personally didn't like it at all. She is a sweet, young, enthusiastic person with excellent massage skills. Dani has given me an excellent massage consistently by giving focus to the specific area(s) such as my shoulders and back. I swim almost daily so my neck, shoulders and back get very tight and Dani provides the ideal TLC (tender, loving care) through her professional massage.
