You will definitely get the 5 star treatment here. This is the only nail salon I have been to where the nail technician gave me a back rub while I was getting my nails done. I observed another woman getting one & wondered if she'd asked beforehand, thinking was sort of rude. They also put hot towels on my hands after I got my gel nails put on (as French manicure style -- $60). I also like that they have some good deals on mani-pedis and spa treatments. Definitely better pricing than in Manhattan, though you do have to rely on the bus to get there (which I'm not a fan of doing). I also have a great set of nails that look very nice & am happy to have found a local place that doesn't make me antsy. read more

Went there 2 days ago for meni pedi and came out dissapointed. I have been working a lot lately and went in to have have my feet scrubbed and remove all the dead, dry skin. The lady who did my feet was the one sitting closest to the window. She ran the pumice through my feet twice and thats it, went straight to doing my nails. While the lady next to me was getting a nice deep scrub. My nails came out fine but I was still upset about my dry skin. Eva did my mani, I got gel color..... Ill just attach photos of my nails because Im speachless. Never coming back again. She also stared at my nails for the last 5 minutes, so she obviously saw what was wrong and decided she wouldnt fix it. I passed by this store one day in 2017 and decided to have my nails fix. And I'm glad I did because I have become a regular ever since. 0 stars!! I've been to this salon maybe 3 times. It's my go to if I'm desperate for a quick mani even though I hate going. They all have really bad attitudes and they try to up sell everything. I went in on New Year's Eve and told them I just wanted a simple manicure and the nail technician insisted I get gel because "it was better", I didn't. Besides getting a manicure that looked like I did it, I also got a very very Bad Cuticle infection. Clearly, they don't clean their tools properly. I am beyond disappointed, disgusted and now in pain because of a simple manicure. I've had to go to doctors and I'm on an antibiotic because of this. read more

I have been going to Blossom Nail for awhile. They do a great gel manicure and have a ton of colors to chose from. They charge $20 for gel color which is very reasonable. The only problem is it gets very crowded and even when you have an appointment, you still end up waiting. read more

Small, but clean. Can see this place having a long wait because there are only 4 manicure tables and 2 pedicure chairs. But, service is very good. I got an acrylic fill-in. Start to finish in 50 mins. Close to work so I'm glad they are here for a lunch break appointment :) read more

Eh, my manicure looks like I did it myself. If there's more than one person waiting the owner always rushes the person they're with (me) and I feel like she just half assed my manicure. This place is beyond horrible. I am writing this review with my husband's account. I just went to this place to get a manicure with a design on it. First of all customer service doesn't exist. The staff act as if they are doing you a favor and sigh if you make a comment. If they even acknowledge your existence at all. The manicure looks awful. It is super sloppy and rushed. My nails were paper thin from another salon I had visited, so we started a gentle transition to gels. I am SO HAPPY that I ended up here. My nails look perfect. They are even and smooth, and unlike other places I visited, not a single part of the manicure was uncomfortable or painful. I chose this nail salon over the 15+ other nail salons in the area because of the Yelp reviews. I figured this salon had something special since nail salons seem to be a dime a dozen around here. I walked in on a day where it was about 80 degrees out and the inside of the salon was about 85. They had the door open and fans blasting, but I was absolutely sweating. Again, I dealt with it because I thought that I would be pleasantly surprised by something. I only waited for 10 minutes - not bad considering they seemed to be short on staff, I didn't mind though I had no where to go. I began my pedicure. Started out nice. The nail technician asked if I wanted a foot massage. I just figured that was protocol in case I didn't like massages. I have never been to a nail salon that doesn't include a massage in the mani/pedi. I told her yes and she informed me that would be an additional $5. Okay-whatever, to be honest the reason why I like pedicures is because of the massage, so I was willing to pay the extra money (even though I didn't agree with it). After applying the polish, she asked if I wanted regular top coat or quick dry. Before I opened my mouth, she quickly informed me that quick dry was $1 extra. Really?! Talk about scraping every penny you can get. I told her the regular top coat was fine, I wasn't about to be racking up my pedicure bill because of quick dry polish. Manicure was mediocre. Again, no hand massage. She didn't even ask if I wanted to pay the extra $ to get one. I ended up spending about $25 for the manicure/pedicure. I was completely unimpressed with the entire experience and will continue to scour the area for a decent nail salon. read more

Blossom nails is my favorite nail salon in queens. I usually always get the appointment I need and the staff are wonderful. Nancy is my nail care artist for my gel acirlics and when she is unavailable her daughter is just as gifted. They take very good care of me. I don't let anyone touch my nails unless they know exactly what they are doing, a bad nail job is a tragedy. I also bring my daughter in for manis and pedis and they take such great care of her, they really enjoy when we come in. That's what every nail salon should feel like.
