I had a really wonderful experience. I called ahead to see when they wouldn't be crowded and they told me when I could come, and when I did I was the only person there, which put me at ease because of COVID. Everyone had masks, hand washing was frequent... they were really being careful. I never know what to get when I plan on getting my nails done, I always need help picking colors, and my nail tech was super kind, informative, and efficient. He let me take the time I needed and offered help whenever I asked. The entire process was entirely painless (which has not been my experience most other places). I NEVER leave yelp reviews but after this visit I HAD TO. I truly believe I'm the pickiest person on the planet when it comes to how my tips/nails are done. After a nightmare of a visit at a different nail salon the day before where the tech cut up my cuticles and over filed my finger nails, I called Satisfaction Nails and they SAVED ME !! I walked in and everyone was sweet and very accommodating. I got a gel pedicure which felt amazing then moved on to my nails. I usually never do dip powder because I hate how flimsy other salons have done it/ wouldn't last but because my nails were horribly over filed by the other salon I agreed. Michael was my nail tech and did the best job on them! ( I saw the work of the other tech sitting near him and she did such a beautiful job as well! ) They feel like my own, super lightweight, no gaps/ cracks or chips in any of the nails or decal fingers and shaped them exactly how I wanted. The staff is super accommodating- they always help me every step of the way, from choosing the color, the design, to introducing the different options for nails (color gel/ dipping powder). It felt really welcoming and the environment in the store and outside were both calm and peaceful. The prices are super cheap and affordable, especially for how long my nails lasted!! Horrible service from owners wife or co-owner...don't know her name, but she could not repair one nail with the tip to match the other hands index finger. She chose a larger sized tip and got very upset when I asked her to use a thinner tip. She asked me to go back to my regular place because she did not want to use the correct size and refused to repair it. My regular place is amazing...will never go anywhere else again. I was under the impression that if it's my nail & I am a paying customer...that I am the one who should be happy with it. I do not recommend this place at all. The salon itself is very clean not the most modern looking, but what it lacks in décor it makes up for in talent and excellent customer service. Michael is amazing at nails was looking for something different to do with my nails and was recommended the powder gel manicure-and I'm hooked! Also, their prices are super affordable. Polite staff. Plays movies on over head tv's (two - one towards the front of shop one towards the back towards the pedicure station). Nice color range for nail polishes. However, they don't really pay attention to detail. With personal experiences, they will not even out your nails(cut all the same length) unless you ask them to specifically and they will only rub the callous off one toe in the pedicure which is kind of frustrating. Wasn't my cup of tea at all. I asked for short acrylics (due to work) and got attitude from the owner, having to hear comments like "oh no they're too short" and "you should do longer". Halfway into the session, I realized the acrylic was WAY too thick, not natural looking at all (how acrylics should look), and the acrylic didn't fade into the cuticle AT ALL. I expressed my concern twice and both times I got the response "no no too thin they'll break". I've gotten acrylics for almost 8 years now, I know what it takes for acrylics to break so I knew asking for him to thin the acrylic down wouldn't mean it was gonna break. Afterwards, I chose a subtle nude color and ONCE AGAIN received attitude, being told "I should have chosen a bright color" and "I don't like that color". Last time I checked, I was the one that had to live with the color. I went to sit down to dry the polish for 15 minutes (longer than it should have taken for the polish to dry) and maybe half an hour after that I went to check my nails and they were ALL messed up, which isn't the first time this has happened from this salon. When I got home and saw the mess of nails I had, I took a nail file to them to thin the acrylic down and put my own polish. read more
