I feel like since they've been open for almost a year their quality of nails is going down but their price is going up.. my nails have broken a few days after just getting them done right where they glue the tips of the nails. I would pay $45 for a full set and then come back for a fill and they charge $55, like what??? It hasn't been 2 weeks since I got this full set and already 4 nails have broke.. Literally blacked it off of their menu. They told me they dont have regular nail polish when they just applied it on my toes ? Ryan tried to tell me they ONLY have gel or powder LIES. I have come here a few times and have never been treated like I was today, I called ahead of time and asked if there was availability for my sister and I to get our feet done the man said yes just come on by, we get there and told there will be a 30 min wait, no problem we'll wait. 30 mins go by they tell us to wait a little longer fine. My sister gets in a chair and I'm still left waiting. Another woman comes in not sure if she had a appointment or not but nonetheless she starts getting helped before I do... I'm still sitting there waiting I ask if there is anyone to help me or do I just need to come back? I get placed in a chair for 20 mins no water to soak in NOTHING but a different chair to keep waiting in! At this point I'm fed up I go to the man that's in the front and tell him how long I've been waiting and how I just keep playing musical chairs back here ! In stead of being accountable he goes on to tell Me how it's Friday they are clearly busy! Now that sounds like a personal problem to me! You can't judge a book by its cover usually describes something that is better than it looks. In this case, the opposite is true. The physical space is beautiful and much needed in the area so I was excited to give them a try. I came here with such high hopes but was left so disappointed. I don't write many reviews but can't let this one pass. Although it looks great, you are hit with obnoxious chemical odors as you walk through the door. The ventilation definitely needs fixing. Sophie who did my pedicure is great but the young woman who did my mani was a big disappointment. 1 Stars for the pretty nail shop. I wish I could rate Sophie alone, but this system won't let me -- She gets 4.5 Stars. 0 Stars for everyone else. Because my pedi was done well, I allowed the mani girl to keep working on my hands. What a mistake! Not only did she do a poor job that had to continually be corrected, but the nails were chipping severely within 30 hours. I wasn't doing gardening, cleaning, doing dishes or other things that would cause the problem. So, I called Blossom Nails and was told to come in anytime that day and they would fix it right away. When I arrived, no one greeted me, so I walked over to the nearest nail tech who asked what I needed. I explained that i was there to have those 5 nails fixed. This man -- name unknown -- told me, "you have regular nails, we not fix." I said "Jason said to come in and they would be fixed." Unknown name man said "he not here." I said "my nails need fixing and I came in as I was asked to do." He said "sit down and wait an hour and we do then." Unbelievable! I sat for a couple minutes thinking and decided not to waste any more time with them. If you don't want heavy0 gel chemicals, do not go to Blossom Nails. They do not want natural nail customers because any polish should last for more than 30 hours. The response to questions, suggestions or criticisms are the opposite of a business who cares about their customers. When they shut this shop down, I hope a good customer focused owner takes this physically attractive nail shop over and brings in natural nail specialists for natural girls as well as services for gel and acrylics. I was so happy with how Jimmy did my nails the first time. When I went back for my fill, I made an appointment online which is required at the salon. I got there 10 minutes early and waited 30 minutes, when another worker came up to tell me that it would be another 30 minutes to wait. What is the point of making an appointment? So I would have waited a whole hour. They gave me my $20 deposit back after I asked for it. Very poor customer service if you ask me. read more

Just okay. Pricey? Yes. Second time service- first was with Ivy (04-01-21) and today (7-16-21) with Susan. Both were good, but Ivy is better cause she takes her time. Other one is like rush. As you can see I gave it one star, if half a star was an option I would give it that. I came in for a fill and pedi , I just happened to be paying my phone bill next store and came across it. I was really impressed with the decor . The place looks SUPER nice! But I'll tell you why...This place will NOT last very long ... Their Customer service and time management "SUCKS" big time and both needs a HUGE improvement! I was not greeted when I entered and when I asked questions about how long the wait was or any questions at that , the owner that sits by the door had a major attitude with giving me a simple answer. I still was willing to give them a chance because I was pressed for time and they didn't seem busy for 10am in the morning. I waited 15 min and the lady took me back to get my pedi done . The pedi only took 25 minutes, which was perfect. But as I was getting my pedi there were other customers coming in and being seated to get their nails done. Mind you they said I would be getting my nails done right after . But that was Not the case ... because they took the walk ins before me, every nail technician was occupied. So I asked the owner how long would it be for my nails he said I don't know smh .. ummm who says that !! Once my nails was dried I asked again and finally he said 30 minutes..long story short I was there 3 1/2 hours for a pedi and fill. Too long of a wait.. they also need more workers. And last but not least .. two days later my nail already chipped .. it's been a week now and my nails are all falling apart smh!!! Super Bad job on the nails .. I am so upset . Decided to give this place a try. It's newly opened in May. Very clean and organized. They have 2 TV screens. Mellow music playing softly in background. All the chairs are new of course so the massage part works. I got the Nu skin pedicure. Expensive, but totally worth it. An hour long. Treat yourself. I got Ryan for my nails and I picked a chrome color for both hands and feet. They really have a lot to choose from. I have been on the verge of taking the gel off and taking a break because every place has exactly the same colors, boring. Not here, check them out. I do have to say that either they over book or they just take too long, quite a few people walked out saying that they had been waiting 30 minutes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Walked in at 12:10pm with my husband and was told there was a 5-10 minute wait for a mani pedi for each. They sat us right away and turned out water on and left. However...... the woman forgot to turn off my water and it not only spilled ALL over the floor, but on me, and sprayed me with the water hose....... after this, I'm left soaking (my clothes as well) to sit for another 30 minutes before they decide to start on my husband's pedicure. We left at 1pm with no EVER HAVING TOUCH MY HANDS OR FEET, and my husband only HALF WAY THROUGH HIS MASSAGE that was done half ass. She also clipped him and made him bleed. Sanitation here is awful. Nothing is ever wiped down after each client. I got a pedicure and manicure the same day. The nail file and buffer were definitely used. I ended up getting a cut on my finger with blood while they were filing with the drill and I didn't see them toss or clean the stuff they used on me right after so I'm sure it was used on another person after. read more

Then they said walk-ins were welcome, but they didn't even have enough employees present to accommodate the appointments that clients scheduled, let alone walk-ins. This place was recommended to me by a friend. My first visit was fine. Susan did my full set. She was very nice and did the design I asked for with no problem. The acrylic was just too thick for my liking so at my next visit I booked with Eric. My appointment was at 11. I arrived at 10:54 and he didn't start me until 11:27. I sucked it up because I REALLY needed a fill and it was Friday and it was busy. I liked my nails. They were thinner and more natural feeling like I wanted so I decided to book with him once I needed a fill again. Which brings me to today. My appointment was at 12:30. When I arrived at 12:27 Eric was still working on someone else's nails. He asked how could he help me. I replied I had an appointment for a fill with him at 12:30. All he said was "ok". I told him I would wait in my car and he said he would call once he finished. I waited in my car until 1:15 & went in to see if I could get my deposit back because he still wasn't finished with the other lady's nails. I'm pissed. I paid for a sitter so I could come here just to have my time waisted!! I considered staying because I had a nail that was lifting and didn't feel like looking for another place to go. Once he was done he went out to smoke a cigarette. I'm just getting more and more pissed. I asked how is he smoking and he's already late. He then tells me he can take a break and that there is no guarantee that I would get my nails done at my appointment time because sometimes different nails take longer. Beyond annoyed now!! He then says it's against their policy to refund deposits. I told him I didn't care about the policy because he was late and I wanted my damn money because he wasted my time and I still didn't have my nails done. Love this place. Got my nails done by Jimmy and poor guy was starving, but it didn't take away from the quality job he provided. I have never been able to go to a nail shop in the Solano county area that gets my desired nail shape 100% correct. My nails look great! I also got a pedicure and for 30 dollars I got a scrub and the liquid treatment that turns to wax. Other places charge 30 dollars for basic pedicures and extra fro scrubs or the wax treatment. I went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn't as busy as other days of the week. I do hear it gets super busy here, so be prepared. I think I've found my new nail shop! read more

I wanted something new.. I usually just do a basic gel color with some glitter and honestly, I could have just went to my usual place. I'm only giving 3 stars because 1. Hanna did a great job with the shape of my nails and 2. They actually will mimic a picture if you come in with something that you want. My pedicure wasn't as relaxing as I needed. Being pregnant with swollen feet, I really needed some extra care with my feet but I feel like it was so rushed that the guy who did my pedicure actually cute my cuticle on one of my toes which isn't cute before a approaching baby shower and it adds more discomfort right now. He apologized, which is nice and with me not having much patience, I wasn't looking to be doing entirely too much in the nail salon.
