I've been coming to this office for about 3-4 years, and it's always been a great experience! The staff is consistently warm, welcoming, and friendly, and the doctor always takes the time to listen to my concerns and make me feel heard. After moving farther away, I tried a dental office closer to home, but it just wasn't the same. That experience made me realize how much I appreciate the care I receive here, so I've happily gone back to making the extra drive. Great Office everyone who works here is very kind, amazing and very welcoming. My son had to get fillings done Dr. Vinita Goyal was really nice, professional and gentle. She explained everything to me in detail and kept checking if my son felt comfortable. Jen was very pleasant, professional and patient. She answered all my questions and walked me through the Treatment plan. Also was very good at multitasking and answering phones. RDA assistant was Filipina and she was so lovely, professional and was very gentle with my son always asking if he is ok. She helped me feel comfortable and reassured me that my son is in very good hands. Being here today took me back to my dental assisting days and I miss it so much it felt like home. My son said he had a very pleasant visit and agrees everyone is always very nice and professional. He feels really calm and at ease when he is having his teeth cleaned or if he is getting his teeth worked on. I've been going to this dentist location since before time! And what I mean by that is, originally this office belonged to Dr Magboo. I've gone here since I was a child, my grandparents came here, my parents come here, and now even my own children. Since Dr Magboo, there has been I believe 2-3 more dentist that came and left. None that memorable. I still stuck with coming here because I was just so comfortable with the place and I don't like change. But now that it is Dr Goyal, she has been the longest to stick around. I love Dr Goyal and I especially love her assistant, MARIBELLE! They are lovely, so courteous, and kind. Very easy to talk to and have a family approach to the care they give. They took the time to get to know me and my kids. Every check up they still remember them and remember our last conversations. Maribelle is a sweetheart. She is the heart of this office. She is fast, efficient, so so thoughtful. This office is the smoothest it's been, like ever, and it is because of her. They are never behind on appointments, you come in, and they see you at the exact time. When she is working on you, you don't feel rushed, or feel like a transaction. She's very personal, always asks if you're comfortable, even though she does little things that make you comfortable already. I never have to ask for a pause because I am in pain, never have to wipe the water that may spill down my face or neck because she already wipes it, never have time ask for the suction. She pays attention, anticipates, and notices it all. Very gentle. I love her and Dr Goyal. Even when I moved , and it would make more sense to find a dental office closer to me, I still make the drive out here because they are worth it! I found this business on Yelp needing a second opinion on why my jaw and gum area wasn't feeling well. Really easy to make an appointment over the phone. I love the fact that they are open Fridays and on some Saturdays which make it convenient for emergency situations. The day of my appointment- All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel at ease and are really comforting. Dr. Goyal was so friendly and made you feel comfortable in the chair. She was able to determine my pain was due to grinding/clenching and asked if I had a night guard. I told her I do have one but that it's extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep with at night. She informed me that there are softer night guards for both top and bottom and even had an example to show me. I ended up moving forward with one in hopes it will help with my grinding/clenching. I can't thank you enough for Dr Goyal and her wonderful staff for accommodating me (a new patient) for a dental emergency. I had cracked my front tooth on 12/15. I contacted Dr. Goyal's office on Saturday, Maribel took my call accommodated me in Dr. Goyal's schedule on the following Monday (12/18). I live in San Mateo and I made the drive to Dr. Goyal's office in San Jose (estimated 45min drive). I was 15 minutes late to my appointment yet, they waited for me. I was given 3D x-ray and mold in less than an hour. Dr. Goyal and Maribel did a mold on both top and bottom teeth and gave me back a perfect smile in record time 3 days. On the forth day (12/22) was my appointment to get fitted for the missing tooth. Dr. Goyal and her staff is miracle worker. Dr. Goyal is a very honest dentist, I came to her for a second opinion because my previous dental provider proposed root canal on a perfectly healthy tooth and 3 cavities I didn't have. I paid out-of-pocket and the price and quality work Dr. Goyal does is impressive. I would recommend everyone who has or needs dental work to see Dr. Goyal. Th office does accept dental insurance. My first visit went very smoothly! First, I was greeted by GiGi. GiGi is so pleasant and knowledgeable, she makes you feel right at home, GiGi took the time to explain their process in detail. She also had a various stories to share while waiting for the Dr. She's simply a wonderful, bubbly person. The Dentist was so thorough and took the time to talk to me during the check-up. You know, reviewing each tooth etc. I explained that I was feeling discomfort and sure enough my very old filling was cracked among a couple other things with my poor tooth. I have been visiting the clinic for 2-years now and my experience has been wonderful. We moved to the Bay Area right at the start of pandemic and I had a severe tooth pain with severe bleeding. Every visit during the pandemic was very professionally handled, with extra attention given to covid protocols. Every visit was extremely well planned and designed for extreme comfort of the patient. The tooth infection was delicately cleaned and crown replacement procedure was top-notch. Am a weak-sauce when it comes to drills and injections but doctor handled the situation very patiently. Hi all! I was searching around this past weekend for a teeth whitening service from a dentist because I an interview I have scheduled tomorrow (first impressions right?). The team at Blossom River got me in right away and ran their routine of X-rays and a cleaning but they also allowed me to schedule another appointment for a filling that fell out. The teeth whitening is an amazing service and I notice a same day difference in shades so it is highly recommended. Great customer service and quality work is all we need and they sure did deliver. Pretty good customer service BUT never have I've paid so much out pocket before in my handful of visits here (been to about 4-5 dentists my whole life). The dentist here is very pushy. My advice to them is to understand that not all your patients can afford more than what is provided by insurance during these difficult times. It's not always about what YOU would do. Switched to another one a few miles away and they are much more sincere, honest, and reasonable. read more

When I called this office, I was fortunate to speak directly to Dr Vinita Goyal. During our conversation, I asked her specifically if she was able to do Bone Grafting and Implant because that was what my husband needed, to this she said YES. We scheduled a time for my husband to come in the next day for a consultation, all this sounded good to me since I know typically this type of consultation is required prior to any surgery-like activity.. Per her request, prior to the day of the consultation, I sent an email directly to her with my insurance information and in that email I again reminded her of the service we wanted - i.e. bone graft and implant, nothing else. How about my husband goes to the consultation as planned only to be told that they don't offer that service.. seriously! Not only did they waste our time, they charged us $175 (paid at time of consultation) for this so called "consultation". So either she doesn't know what she's doing (you want to tell me you don't know what a bone graft or what an implant is???) or this was just a ploy to get paid, unethically. I am really pissed. read more
