We came in as walk-in for a couples massage about three days ago. They were able to take us in right away. They tried to put us in a couples massage room just right in front of the awaiting area. But we asked for our room to be changed because that room where they initially placed us because it is actually an area where staff were storing their personal items and staff were coming in and out even if they know that there are already customers insude, getting ready for the massage. Plus, that door keeps on opening up to the waiting area, which is where other customers are also waiting hence they can't see if you're butt naked. They eventually put us in the room all the way in the back. Took a while for the masseuse to come in. By the time one of us got started the owner or manager barged in asking if we can transfer to another room because another couple wanted a couples room. Note- we were already undressed, laid on the bed and massage already started. We told the owner that we are also a couple ( same-sex couple). She immediately turned away, annoyed, and let out a "TSK" annoyed sound. The massage itself was terrible. Worst of all the massages I've ever had in my life. She clearly did not know how to massage properly, no pattern, putting pressure on bones instead of muscles, while she's using her arm to massage you she's using her other arm/elbow to anchor herself, pressing on your back/spine. It was so painful I've had to ask her to stop, be gentle, please be careful, at least five times. Eventually, it became too painful and uncomfortable to bear I'd ask her to stop and end the massage right away, this was about 20 minutes in to a one hour massage. They also don't know how to properly drape you during massage, body is exposed, even if that area is not being massaged. My wife was given a male masseuse. When we were getting ready to leave and getting dressed, the owner and manager abruptly came to the room, while we were still half naked. I told them to please excuse as we are still getting dressed. They did not leave the room asking what went wrong. We explained the experience. They were apologetic saying that the masseuse is new. Clearly, she did not have any training. We ended up just paying and just leaving.

And that's b/c you're about to have the worst experience of your massage life. I entered the room about 9:05PM, stripped down and laid on the table waiting for my lady. She came in a few minutes later. She never once removed my towel to massage my skin. Didn't use oils or lotions and didn't use a hot towel. How do I know they even offer this, well my friend that was next door received all of the above. I felt like my lady was just poking me here and there with her fingers and karate chopping my back. There was absolutely no technique used. After a short period, she said, "Ok, finished." Thoroughly confused, I looked at my phone and it had been 20 minutes. I paid for 30. The lady came back in my room and offered me water. I asked why my massage was 10 minutes short. She said, "No, you're wrong it was 30 min." I get dressed and go back into the lobby and sit and wait for my friend. It took me a while to get dressed as it's winter and I had layers and boots. I sat down on the sofa at 9:29PM. So I decided to complain to the manager. I had my credit card receipt saying I payed exactly at 9PM. My friend paid after. I didn't even go into the room until 5 after, then I had to undress and wait for the lady to come in. If we're being honest here, she probably started around 9:10PM and ended at 9:25PM and that's being generous. The woman at the front desk said I would have to ask the woman that was working on my friend. So I waited another 10 minutes for her to be done (watched as a hot towel entered the room). The woman that was working on my friend just smiled and said the girl was new and that she wanted to go home, that's why my massage was short. I said that it wasn't really an excuse, it's a 24 hour massage place and if they couldn't have accommodated two people then they shouldn't have taken our money. She just smiled again and said, she was sorry but the girl was new and was tired. Can't make this up people. In the end, the new-tired-girl-that-wanted-to-go-home-that-lacked-any-sort-of-massage-skill-ended up giving me back my tip. Biggest waste of money ever. Go elsewhere. My friend mentioned her massage was filled with hard pressure, oils, lotions and warm towels. I got none of that.
