I rarely leave bad reviews but I have to for this one. The massage was absolutely terrible, I've never had such an unpleasant experience. We speak the same language so I'm sure it's not a communication issue. The guy had long nails and hands like sand scrapper, I doubt this is his main job. There was no technique, he was either using his whole weight and elbow to press on my back (sometimes on bones instead of muscle), or using his hand to do some fast shallow running on the skin. There was also a heavy cigarette scent on his hand, I can still smell it as I'm writing this review. Besides being burnt by hot stone, I told him I had injuries on my foot so avoid that area, it was like he didn't hear it at all, eventually I had to ask him to stop because of the pain. Then in the end, they had the audacity to ask for more tips (we gave $10 each, they asked for $5 more). Do not go to this disgusting place (figuratively and literally).

I asked Cindi if she could unzip the back of my blouse because it was hard for me to unzip and I realized right away that Cindi did not understand English. Not my first time at a rodeo like this and that was totally fine with me. it took me about 6 to 7 minutes to get unchanged. I had boots with long laces and socks and pants and my top and the very long hair and jewelry so I wanted to make sure that you know I took everything off so that my massage would be pleasurable. Cindi came in and began... She got on the table right away which I was really excited about and made me look forward to what it seemed to be was going to be a really good massage. About five minutes in Cindi needed to answer the door so she got off the table and went out to see to the next customer. I completely understand this as I've been to massage therapist offices like this before, so it wasn't an issue for me. As Cindi was coming back, I needed to check my blood sugar because it seems like it was going low and I didn't wanna have any issues during the massage so Cindi had walked in and I asked her to wait a second so that I could just grab a little snack I was still on the table. I just kinda moved over grabbed a little something from my bag, put it in my mouth and then lay back on the table that took me about maybe a minute I laid back down and Cindi got to work the thing about working with a therapist that doesn't speak English, particularly Cindi, is when she robbed me too hard and it was painful. She did not understand me saying that it was too hard. I probably expressed that she was too hard about 10 times and she didn't really understand until I wanna say maybe about the 12th time. that was frustrating to say the least. once she understood, she did lighten up, which I was appreciative of, but struggling to be clear with my massage. Therapist takes me out of enjoying my massage for sure at the beginning before she began. I let her know that I didn't like it too hard and that I wanted an hour massage. About 40-ish minutes in Cindi told me that my massage was over. Initially, I thought she was just telling me to turn around but nope the massage was over when I looked at my clock. It had said 7:40 PM. I was a bit confused and called her back in even though she didn't really understand English I began to question what was going on since it was only 7:40 PM. We were not understanding each other and then she brought out her phone to translate what she was saying. What she translated was that we start your hour from the moment you step in the door. I'm sorry what? From the moment I stepped in the door? That's insane! I had to go to the restroom. I had to change my clothes, she had a customer to deal with. I needed to take a moment to eat something to bring my blood sugar up. None of that should've been counted and this massage that was 40 minutes, maybe 45 should not count as one hour. This is frustrating and disappointing and honestly not what I was looking for. I tried to explain that even though she didn't speak English and she wound up bringing in someone else that didn't speak English. They seemed nice, but honestly, I was not happy about the situation, even though I continued to be kind and forthright with how I was feeling. The other woman said "OK 10 minutes 10 minutes more no problem 10 minutes more"but honestly I wasn't happy with that. They worked on me for about a minute maybe two minutes but I couldn't relax and 10 minutes more didn't seem like enough so I stopped the massage and I told him that I didn't feel comfortable anymore. They said OK even though they kept speaking in their language to each other. I decided to get dressed and pay them $10 extra. I expressed my disappointment in a kind and respectful manner and they charged me for a 45 minute massage which was $50. I wound up giving them $60. I wouldn't recommend this place because of the language barrier and because honestly them charging me from the moment I walked into the place seems very dishonest. I paid $60 because I wanted to do things right and I always like to leave things better. The other lady tried to give me a bottle of water, but I didn't want a bottle of water so I didn't take it.

But then it dawned on me that I remembered seeing a foot massage spot just a few doors down and decided that might be the perfect way to end my day! I walked in around 8pm without and appointment and luckily they were able to take me immediately. The seating for a foot massage is in an open area with soft, plush leather seats that are so easy to sink into. Once seated, they'll wash your feet and then begin the massage. I booked a foot reflexology massage for 60 mins. It was $45 and was absolutely amazing! Considering how expensive things are these days, I thought that was overall a great deal! The folks that work here are so nice and I was so insanely relaxed and at ease here. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Immediately 2 staffs welcomed me very warmly, great sign of natural accommodation. I felt very comfortable right away. I have been to uncountable massage parlors for over the 30 years but this was the most homey trust feeling I got. They are very down to the Earth, helped me for charging 2 phones before the massage. They sent me Mia. Actually we never spoke any words. Her hands and elbows goes straight to the acupressure points, literally head to toes with exact right amount of pressure. She is very hard working. I didn't have to request anything. I realized her way is real treatment. It's my favorite style, next day I had slight soreness in the morning and later on the day I felt amazing whole body. She gave me most effective techniques and got rid of all of my problems. Unbelievable talent. After massage, staffs told me there is grand master teacher taught all workers in their all (4?) branches.
