There's a reason that Moravian has been around for more years than I can remember. Over the years I've tried many florists (local and online) when sending friends/family floral arrangements and they simply cannot compare to Moravian. They make ordering flowers so simple. Call them up or order online. I prefer to order online just so I can browse and see what I'm ordering but I've also called and had them do designers choice arrangements. I've never been disappointed with any orders I've placed. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the arrangements and so are their delivery fees. Moravian Florist is one of the best flower shops i've ever been to. i rolled up right when they open at 8:30am on a Thrusday, desperately needing a really nice bouquet for a friend who was graduating. Their store layout is a sight to behold! So much variety, and really well-organized, although the various arrangements and gifts can be a bit overwhelming to the eye at first. i saw the arrangement that i thought was the most beautiful, asked them to wrap it as a bouquet with the vase on the side, and they did an excellent job. There was also a stand with greeting cards, so i was able to purchase the perfect card as well. Additionally, the customer service was flawless - just really sweet, genuine, advisory, not pushy, and i got $10 off for checking in on Yelp. The purchasing experience was perfect from beginning to end. They even offered to help me by taking my purchases to the car. i felt really well-taken-care-of in such a short time. I live in CA and I called Moravian Florist to inquire about a wreath in honor of my uncle, James F. Healy. He grew up in Grasmere and was killed in World War II on his first mission at age 21. A street in Grasmere was named in his honor and with the help of a very friendly woman at the florist, I ordered the wreath, which my cousin picked up for the ceremony. The photos are in the Staten Island Advance and the wreath is absolutely beautiful. All my relatives who attended said it was exceptional and made the occasion all the more special.
