TLDR: - My car was badly damaged from vandalism and I needed to get it fixed - Jimmy and his team are straightforward, honest, fair, extremely reasonable in terms of pricing and are crazy perfectionists! - Car came out looking fresh and brand new - even better than when I first bought it at the dealership! From the photos, you can see that my car was not in great condition. I found Jimmy and asked him to assess the damages and was amazed at how thorough he was when explaining. He gave me a complete run down of what they were going to do to my vehicle and I just knew my car was going to be treated very carefully. I also met his staff (superrr friendly!) and browsed around at the work they were doing and omg, they don't mess around. You can just tell these guys are pros! Called these guys in the afternoon since I had a road trip coming up and notices an uneven wear on my tires, so wanted to get the alignment done. Eddy was super helpful to get me right in before they close. Brought in my car and they lifted on the rack. They performed the initial assessment and told me that the alignment is fixable but not to 100% since one thing required to lower the engine rack, which can be done only at the dealership. It took 30 mins for them to fix the alignment and my car has been driving great since then. I paid $80 for the service and found it to be much cheaper than other places I had asked around. Super thankful to have found this shop after spending a couple of hours searching for someone / some shop that could take the Honda for a wheel alignment on Halloween where the wait wasn't 2+ hours and I'm so glad this shop popped up. I came to JR Collision after I got into an accident on my front end and I was very pleased with their service and their responsiveness to my car needs. I have a 240sx, which is an older car and pretty rare, so I wanted to make sure they understood that parts are hard to find and that I wanted to keep it as OEM as possible. They answered all of my questions and reassured me that we will get to where I want with the car. The value of the car has increased so much with the work they did to it. I ended up switching to an aftermarket bumper and there were so many bumps in the road (on my part), but they always had a solution. I just finished my alignment job with Junior Alignment (previously AAA), under the careful supervision of the owner, Junior. He and his mechanic Enrique did a great job! I had my 2007 Mercedes S500 aligned, for the first time in 15 years, and when seeing the car's diagnostics, he said it was a "big problem." After a few hours, he finished the job. He said that I should come back at any time if I have any problems. For free, he offered to test drive my car on the highway (when the traffic isn't bad). Junior worked at Costco Tire Center for 13 years as a supervisor, so he knows the business inside out. He bought this business in 2017 and clearly has a good grasp on the business. Junior also sells tires (I bought mine at Costco, which offers balancing but not alignment, bringing me to Junior). He said that Costco offers great tires but his prices are better for what he offers. read more

This review is overdue but Jimmy and Eddie are amazing and are extremely helpful and honest when it comes to advice on service for your car. I came to Jimmy to have my Jeep wrangler aligned and balanced after I got it lifted back in 2021. I came back February 2024 after rotating my tires at a different shop and realizing that it was time to replace my tires as my car was driving very off and I was dealing with some extreme wobble anytime I drove 50mph or more. I wasn't able to come into the shop in the middle of my work week but Jimmy was accommodating and sent me pictures of tire options he thought would be best for my car and for what I was looking for in a tire. I brought my car into the shop and Eddie was able to order my new tires on the spot which were delivered the next day and put onto my car the next day too! Eddie was super helpful and figured out why I was experiencing more wobble than usual. Turns out I had a very loose bolt/screw on my back axel and he fixed it for me. My car drives SO much better with the new tires and there's barely any wobble at all. I highly recommend this shop and will be coming here for any future services! read more

This place is nothing short of 5 stars. So glad we found them on Yelp! After getting my new tires installed at Costco, my car needed an alignment (actually, it probably already needed an alignment before the new tires were installed). The last time I had an alignment done at the dealership, it was pretty pricey and they took HOURS! I called a few places closer to home but their prices were also on the high side. So I found Jr's Alignment on Yelp -- great reviews and reasonably priced per reviews. Yelp definitely didn't steer us wrong this time. Jr is honest, competent, and fast. He was super friendly, greeting us out front when we pulled up. We didn't have an appointment, but we did call ahead to ask when would be the best times to drop by. He pulled our car into the base and completed the alignment in less than 30 mins. He gave us a copy of the analytics, offered some suggestions to keep in mind for the future, and asked for an extremely reasonable fee of only $79.99. I think next time we might consider just buying our tires and doing the installation/alignment here all in one place for convenience and piece of mind. Was happy to find this place. Jr was very helpful with my tire rotation, balance and alignment. He informed me of the issues I was having that lead to uneven tire wear. Most shops would try to make more money by immediately selling me new tires but he advised to return to Costco and get a discount on a new set since my car wore through 2 tires in only 25k miles. On separate occasion came to get a quote about body work needed. Fixed the door on the spot so that it opens easily now and did not charge for this service. Had a damaged tire one morning during office traffic and was looking for a single tire of a specific type. Called a bunch of places but no one could get it same day. Spoke to Rico about it. He understood the urgency of the situation and asked one of his guys, who was already out to pick up something, to grab a tire for me too and assured it would be at the shop in half an hour - which was more than I could ask for. Called a few times while I installed the spare and he gave me the same assurance each time, which was comforting! When I finally did reach the shop, he immediately took it inside the shop, replaced the spare, balanced and brought the fixed car out - all done in a very timely fashion and without making a hole in my pocket! They did have a sign that said credit and debit cards would be $5 more but i didnt see the price increase when i offered my credit card to pay - which I appreciate!
