When I reached out to this place at the recommendation of the vet ER, the staff did not answer the phone until call number TWELVE. They ended up requesting I come inside to talk and the tech at the desk brought in the other tech and as I tried explaining my situation, the tech kept interrupting to speak over me or "explain" what I was saying to the other tech incorrectly. Then, when I apologized for my abruptness since I had just gotten out of the ER myself and had an hour of sleep, they LAUGHED IN MY FACE. As I continued to try to explain my situation they literally had no idea what I was referring to, they were unfamiliar with networks, emergency services, or even our cats after the ER faxed them the info. They KEPT laughing at me when I asked if they knew any other vet we could see if they were unwilling to help. These people are HEARTLESS AND CRUEL. do NOT go here!

We had a bad experience the last time we had to board our little doggie at another facility, so we were a little apprehensive trying a new place. Josh and the team at PC were so amazing and kind. They sent us pictures of our little doggie throughout her stay, and even asked us about our vacation. You can tell that they genuinely care about the dogs and put their best interest first. My dog loves it there. She came back more obedient and well-behaved. It was such a pleasant experience and we will absolutely be back. I feel like Josh and the team at PC is part of our extended dog family.

They completely changed their plan for training after one session - I was verbally told I would be refunded for a partial session due to this and never was. Decided to terminated my contract early because of these issues and received a nasty email full of personal attacks including that he didn't think it was in my best interest to keep my dogs. As an added insult I was charged for extra gas and tolls. I have been a dog owner all my life and have had only positive experiences with other trainers, groomers and veterinarians. Reviews are turned off of his facebook business page which leads me to imagine that there are others with similar complaints.
