I did not go here but my friend did. She has been to MANY places around the country. She booked an hour, asking for a combo Swedish and deep tissue and said her massage therapist seem to know his anatomy well and was good at reading her bones/muscles and knowing what needed to be done - she didn't have to guide or make requests. It was a quiet, non-talking experience (which is how it should be) and was so amazing she extended it by a half hour! read more

On a whim my husband and I decided to book a couples massage and Doug and Sheila were able to accommodate us. Both were very professional and friendly. The massages were very relaxing and really addressed our problem areas. I really liked the decor of the spa and the blue lights in the bathroom. Treatment areas are separated by curtains which I didn't think I would like but it gave it an open airy feeling. The only thing I didn't love was that the treatment area could have been a little warmer, but in March perhaps that can't be helped. Thanks Doug and Sheila! read more

Wow.......there's a new massage therapist at Blu Day Spa and she knows her stuff! I've been to see Amie several times now and she just gets better and better! I've always enjoyed going to Blu Day Spa - they have a great atmosphere and the people that work there are always friendly and happy to see a new face. And of course the music and scented candles add to the ambience. But it's always nice to have a recommendation for a therapist and I can't recommend Amie enough! She is very intuitive and knows which areas of your body need the most attention.....firm but gentle all at once - she is truly one of the best massage therapists I've been to in a long time!! read more

I came across this spa this morning by accident. It was early and it was not open, but I met the owner (Doug) as I looked around the area. So glad I met him because I went back later to see if I could be accommodated for a facial. I met with Andre and we had the most wonderful conversation as he prepared the products to be used for my facial. My facial was fantastic and of course now I'm thinking about a massage or reflexology. Such a relaxing atmosphere - great way to chill on a rainy afternoon. read more

While visiting Provincetown for my birthday recently, I decided I really needed a massage. Being that it was January and off season I was doubtful I would find a quality therapist. Thankfully I found blu day and Piotr. When I walked in I was greeted by the very friendly front desk person. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Doug, the owner was also very friendly. My massage therapist, Piotr (peter) came out to greet me and he was very thorough with his intake questions and very professional. He explained that the treatment areas are separated by curtains so everyone should keep their voices down. This was perfect for me since I prefer not to talk during a treatment. As a massage therapist myself I was so impressed with Peter's technique, skill, and comforting touch. The pressure was perfect and he addressed everything that was bothering me. My husband and friends were waiting for me when the treatment was over and the staff was equally as friendly with them. This place was amazing! Peter was amazing! Wish I lived closer. This is a review for Andy (Andre). He is AMAZING! After running Ragnar Cape Cod, I was completely sore from head to toe. I hadn't thought to book a massage in Ptown, since I had one scheduled for a week later in the city with my normal guy. But when I woke up the day after finishing the race, I needed serious bodywork help. I patiently stalked the place and came when they were available. I had signed up for a 30 min chair massage, but instead Andy did a combo of body work and massage. He asked all the right questions before we started and knew exactly what I would probably need done. It was incredible. He knows what he is doing!! Go see him if you have any issues! When I left, it was like the knots in my shoulders and neck had never been there to begin with. He is funny, talented and works miracles! So thankful that they were so accommodating for this last minute walk-in who was desperate for anything! read more

Incredible ! Truly a memorable experience ! Went in for a quick chair massage and got so much more. A real greeting to start, yes, eye contact and a smile. I felt welcomed and wanted rather than just another item to be dealt with on an assembly line. And what was only 10 minutes on the clock seemed like forever because of the skilled and very thorough treatment. When I was finished I felt as though I had a full hour massage and was so completely relaxed and de-stressed. I carried this, and the many well wishes from staff, on to the rest of my day and evening and into the world. Love and kindness do go a long way. We cannot say enough good things about this establishment. We had a couples massage here on Valentine's weekend, and it was without question the best massage either of us has ever had. The therapists are intuitive, caring, and go out of their way to make the experience great. Not only that, but once they realized we had late dinner reservations and were starving, they actually served us cheese, crackers, and refreshments after. On top of this, we were the last clients of the day and they sat and chatted about life with us, didn't rush us out. And the owner gave me a pair of socks....And a therapist came to find me in the snow after finding my credit card was left behind. These folks are wonderful human beings and on top of that do amazing work. They made our weekend special. This experience is a must! read more

This spa is lovely with subdued lighting and soft music playing. My therapist was Amy, who seems to have a lot of experience finding ones' tight spots and knots. I had been having neck and back strain - not something you want to have on vacation - and one half hour later I was relaxed and feeling a whole lot looser and less stressed, too. This place took away our raining day blues and went over and beyond in cutomer service. I was just there this past saturday with a group of friends celebrating a bachelorette. Madrone and Doug were extremely accommodating since we contacted them last minute to see if we could come in. They arranged pakages for us provided finger food and then we brought champagne to enjoy a relaxing afternoon. They made us feel so welcomed and worked with us on what services would compliment us. I had a massage and facial, and had never been so relaxed. I just want everyone to know that you will not be disappointed. We all can't wait to go back! What a fantastic massage! I was there yesterday and the Masseur had only 30 minutes left beween two appointments but gave me a excellent treatment of my back and shoulders. Sad to say.... We were greeted with sarcasm and rudeness when 3 of us went over to book 3 massages after the carnival parade! We were so excited to be relaxing and enjoying our time in Ptown... The answer we received was not welcoming at all. All three of us had been there for massages before and had enjoyed several different therapists there. There was no reason to be treated this rudely!
