    Old school service. Best in the business. PERIOD. You can't afford to put your pool in anyone else's hands.

The" soft tub" is awesome, it is light weight goes every where and plugs right in but the jets are just for filtering the water for the most part. 2009 bought a "Hot Springs" they make a very nice tub as well but I didn't like the jets, not enough presser, some times hard to balance the water and design of the jets don't come close the sundance. If you want a tub that is easy to operate as far as ,keeping water clean and balanced and has the jets--that will rock your world buy a "Sundance" The jets hit the right part of your body ,you can adjust them from soft to blow you out of the water, presser. Which is what I like. John was a very helpful in finding the best fit for my husband and I. Yes, you must have 220 which might not work for everyone but it is well worth it. I'm going in the tub for the third time today . Service so far has been great! ( if it's a problem I will write about it.) Delivery was prefect and they had a long haul with four sweet guys.

I ended up buying a new Sundance. Now less than two years later, still under warranty, I call them to come out for a "flow switch error" and they say it's fixed ... but it's not. They've come out twice and it's still not fixed. Now they won't return my calls!!! Their service department is unhelpful and your hands will be tied! Don't waste your money. Buy a HotSprings Spa or any other brand.

The showroom may not be the newest or flashiest, but that ended up being a benefit -- they have a wide variety of models available to see in person and can source nearly any option you might want. What impressed us most was the level of knowledge and attention we received. Jim and his team clearly understand these products extremely well and focused on helping us choose the best spa for our family instead of simply pushing a sale. Their pricing was very reasonable, but the biggest value came from the service and support they provide. Before delivery, Jim personally visited our home twice to review the setup area and ensure everything was prepared properly. He was also involved during delivery and installation, and everything went according to plan. They spent time walking us through the spa features and explaining maintenance as well, which was especially useful since owning a hot tub involves more upkeep than I had remembered. Our spa was only recently installed, so I can't comment on long-term service yet, but based on everything we've experienced so far, I'm confident they'll continue taking great care of their customers. I'm really glad we chose not to take the Costco route (and that's coming from someone who shops there often). Buying a spa turned out to be a more involved decision than I initially expected, and having experienced professionals helping along the way made the process much easier.

    On Sunday, I decided to open up our hot tub's pump cover to see if I could find out why it all of a…read moresudden began losing water (about half an inch a day)! Definitely not evaporation. And sure enough, I found two places with a leak in this decade old tub. I contacted New Products, where we originally purchased the tub, and got a phone call early this morning from the owner, Jim. Turns out the service guy, James, was going to be in our area today. James came by a couple of hours later, confirmed the leak, had the replacement parts in his van, and fixed it! He also gave me an updated lesson on how often I should be changing the water, the filter, adding chemicals, checking the pH, etc. Not only was the repair price very reasonable, but I feel like I just got a degree in hot tub school, and promise to do better keeping to the maintenance schedule going forward. It's great to be able to go back to the store a decade later and find they still offer wonderful service!
