I found this location by driving by and seeing the sign outside the store. I love the fact that they have multiple infrared saunas and a doctor that comes in and does additional things like IVs and shots. I am a believer in holistic medicine/healing. I stopped by today went in to see what it all had to offer. My first impression of the place is that it was very neat and clean, form the way the front room is laid out to when I went into the sauna room. I was greeted and welcomed as soon as we saw each other her coming from the back of the business. She did a very good job telling me and showing me what her Buisness offers. ( Excuse me I can't remember if I was speaking to the owner or not, I assume I was. ) I had to rush out because I was going pick up my daughter from school. I was able to book my appointment over the phone without a long wait time and check out the website on the card she handed me. Returning to the business welcomed me in and guided me into the sauna room. There she did a great job going over and explaining me how to use the sauna, control the temperature, change the color of the lights, the TV that had Youtube and Netflix, the complimentary COLD water, the benefit of the lights ( Which I was unaware of and explained more on the card inside the sauna room ). Overall I felt very welcomed from the time I walked in to the time I left. She answered all the questions I had and didn't rush me on anything. I am so glad I tried Blu Life Wellness Studio for an infrared sauna session. I felt great afterward. Everything was very clean and safe. I had control over the temperature, the color of my chromotherapy, and even watched a Netflix show. After, I enjoyed a cool towel and water from the little fridge in my own private room. Leticia was so sweet! Super patient with all my questions and very professional. The studio and sauna rooms were all very clean and cozy. I like that there's the option of Netflix or relaxing/meditation music. I could see how either would be enjoyable (I prefer the relaxing music option- complete zen). I definitely plan on returning! My husband and I took advantage of their "opening special" and loved what this studio has to offer! The studio is clean, bright and positive. The infrared saunas are made of beautiful Canadian cedar and smell so wonderful. It adds to the total cleansing effect of the sauna. The chromotherapy is an added benefit as well. Eleticia is gracious and genuinely interested that you get the maximum health benefit from the sauna. My biggest benefit has been much better sleep and therefore better functioning during the day! I have never experienced Infrared sauna therapy-I have only used traditional saunas at my local gym.... WOW. I noticed a big difference. I used the sauna at the gym at least a few times per week- until the Pandemic. I called Blu Life Wellness and spoke to the owner who was very kind and helpful and I booked 2 sessions. My neck had been bothering me and I had the worst headaches. After my 1st session I was a very relaxed and I noticed my energy the rest of that day had increased. My next session was even better and my back and neck began to finally loosen up. By the end of that week my headaches were completely gone. Of course I am hooked. The facility is spotless and lots of precautions are in use to keep everyone safe during this time. I am so thankful to have found Blu Life Wellness. I am a long time sauna user ... began using the sauna regularly in 2017 and one the benefits that I've experienced since then is my bodies' ability to maintain a healthy state. Last week I went to my doctor to have some broken capillaries removed with a laser treatment. After 4 days the capillaries were still dark and firm under my skin and my face looked terrible.I had read online that infrared can help heal skin so I looked it up and found that Blu Life had infrared saunas and it was right by my house. I thought I'd give it a try so I went in for a 30 minute session. When I went home and looked in the mirror I was shocked, every dark capillary was completely GONE! My skin was radiant and clear! It was like magic. I went back for another session. This time I did 40 minutes. Afterward I felt relaxed and in a better mood and again my skin was even more clear! I also had a scratch on my hand that had been healing and it was almost completely healed after the infrared sauna. I know it sounds crazy but it was like a miracle! The owner of the shop is very nice too and the saunas were very clean with fresh towels and cold bottled water. They had some other interesting offerings and a really nice doctor on staff once a week who administers the vitamin infusion treatments. I visited the studio for the first time yesterday...what a great little place! I have been going to an infared sauna at a day-spa here in town, however in order to use their sauna you must purchase another service (in other words you can't just use the sauna). So having a studio dedicated to sauna services is fantastic! You can be in and out in whatever timeframe you prefer, and her prices are very reasonable!
