When she went back to the store and spoke with Kevin and Susie, Kevin said he was only giving her $18 back because she'd already got $30 off of her groceries. As Kevin cheated her out of the sale price for the roast, she told him she would never shop at the store again and he said "That's fine!" Kevin should know that good customer service is huge and he behaved very badly. My friend has told everyone she knows about this horrible experience at this Safeway. The small act of cheating by Kevin has cost Safeway a lot of business. I will certainly never shop there!
