The prices for the gas for a very fair considering the surrounding area and the customer service was super friendly. I even needed a couple of hours to nap and the service attendant let me park outside to catch some Z's. I truly appreciate the quality of customer care here and I the sensitivity to travelers. Because of the kindness here, I should be able to make it back home in time for Thanksgiving! I truly enjoyed my experience here and recommend this stuff and it always pays to be nice.

I usually go to Past Times car wash on Oro highway but I was in a hurry. This place is a drive thru car wash. The difference is this. When I pay the minimum 12.00 for a car wash at past times they stlll wipe down the windows and car and the mirrors. The 12.00 at Oro car wash does not provide that service But they do offer free vacuum service after using the car wash. I would say that Past Times has more choices and add ons for your vehicle. This place has a more convenient location off of Oro Dam Boulevard. I am more comfortable bringing my car to Past Times as my car does sparkle more! The guy guiding me in only have a quick spray of the bug cleaner on the car. Didn't even hit the passenger mirror. I would say at best it got about 1/3 of the bugs off. Most of the car got clean, but it totally missed sections of the back of the car. And where the dryers missed, the spot free rice didn't do its job. Went to use the touchless automated car wash tonight - the facility seems pretty dilapidated since we were here last but we went ahead and paid for our "special"wash using the kiosk and entered the wash which did start its cycle - about halfway through the soaping, it just seemed to quit - the rest of the facility still had power (other customers were still using the vacuums) but the touchless just gave up - there was no one around AND there is no contact information anywhere on location OR online to report the issue. Luckily, the machine quit in a position that didn't impede our exit. We will NOT use this location again. Before this, we had used the facility for more than 20 years and always been very pleased with the facility upkeep, care, and amenities. Hearing that there has been a change in ownership explains the drastic change in reliability and service.

Not familiar with car washes in the area, I found this one on Yelp :) It was conveniently located right off the freeway so off I went for a wash. I wasn't sure how clean my car would get from going through what looked like a very simple and quick "drive through" station but, any amount of improvement was better than nothing! I ran inside, paid for my "quick wash", and was told to enter the number on my receipt at the entrance to the car wash. Simple enough, just how I like it! Drove up to the entrance, dialed the digits on the pin pad and drive into the "dome". It was very quick, aprox 4-5 minutes and viola! Clean car! Well sort of... after the wash, I pulled over to dry my car off and give her a good vacuum. I noticed it still had bird poo on the hood and the back window but, I wasn't surprised. Seems like birds these days have cement doodoo and sometimes it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to get off. The quick wash actually got my car pretty clean and the vacuum was powerful too. Gave enough time for me to vacuum front, back AND the trunk area (only a buck got the whole car vacuumed)! Yeah baby! Nothing better than a clean ride, thanks Thorntons!
