There's plenty of seating, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or meet up in a group. The interior is clean and bright, with lots of glass windows that bring in natural light and give the space an open, welcoming vibe. They're currently featuring seasonal drinks like the cherry blossom matcha latte and cherry blossom latte. We ordered both, along with a pour over coffee, matcha pound cake, and avocado toast. Overall, everything was good. The cherry blossom drinks were good and nicely balanced, and the food paired well with our drinks. Stopped by for a quick coffee early morning and I loved how airy and quiet the seating area was. Sweet Latte - ordered it half sweet and it was perfect. The coffee was very smooth and kept me going for the rest of the day. This was my favorite out of the two drinks. Caffè Mocha - tasted like hot cocoa with hint of espresso. There's also certain adjustments that you can only order in store, which defeats the purpose of ordering from the app. If you DO download the app, they frequently offer you deals, like 50% off a drink. I used to love the NOLA iced coffee, but find it to be fairly watered down. The seasonal sakura matcha also isn't really anything special to write home about. Something has clearly gone wrong at this location. I used to come here every morning, but the last two visits (July 2 and 3) were unacceptable. On July 2, I waited 20 minutes for a simple coffee. On July 3, there were almost no customers, yet my Flat White was made incorrectly--half coffee, then topped off with milk, completely ruining the taste. I had them grind coffee beans. I asked for medium grind. I opened the bag a couple of weeks later only to find the barista gave me espresso/fine grind. This is the second time this has happened! Why is this a problem? Once brewed, there will be large pool of powered coffee grinds in the bottom of the cup. Please educate your baristas on the different types of grinds. We're wasting our money and time on skills that they should have. read more

Just what I needed to fuel my productivity. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookieand it was made to perfection! Crispy on the outside and moist in the middle. Yum! I don't think there was any Wi-Fi, but that was fine with me since I used my hotspot. Parking can be a bit tricky, but if you keep circling around, you'll definitely find some meter parking. After my study session, I took a lovely walk around the neighborhood, which was so nice and refreshing. I can't wait to go back! Swung by to order a Hayes Espresso in the middle of the day for a quick pick me up. Store itself was very nice, they had lots of indoor seating and even a few outdoor tables. While ordering, the cashier asked if I wanted to sample their seasonal NOLA which was actually pretty good! It did take a while for me to get my order, maybe about 10 minutes, which I wasn't expecting because I thought it would be a quick in and out. But, it makes sense because there were a lot of people that were already waiting for their orders when I entered. Espresso tasted normal. Good coffee, but I wish I experienced friendlier service. The cashier allowed me to order one of their hot drinks with ice. When the drink was ready and I noticed that it was hot, I politely asked if I could have a cup of ice to make it cold. After getting the ice, the barista turned his head to me and lectured me in a monotone voice, explaining that the drink only comes hot. He seemed annoyed. Instinctively, I apologized, but immediately second guessed myself on why I even apologized, especially if the cashier allowed me to order it in this configuration. The barista was expressionless after I spoke, even after saying thank you. He simply turned around to resume work. The latte was great, but my experience with the other drink left a bitter taste. There are so many other choices for specialty coffee in the area. I rather visit a coffee shop that focuses more on friendly customer service. read more
