This company is amazing! Incredibly professional and kind the entire process. I called them when I had a chip in my window and they told me to swing by same day and they'd take a look. Crack was too big to be repaired but Blue Chip was able to work with the company I got my tint through and have a new windshield tinted and replaced in an incredibly timely manner. I was amazed by their flexibility! When I took my car in for the replacement they informed me they were able to work with my insurance and cover everything with no out of pocket cost to me! I expected to be at the shop for quite a while but the turn around time was so fast I couldn't believe it. Strange circumstance and they were great. We had a minor service mishap at the Tesla service center which caused the fronk to not open... which we discovered when Blue Chip arrived to replace our cracked windshield. You can't replace the windshield without being able to open the fronk. So, over two weeks later, hood and fronk issues all totally resolved (very well, thank you Tesla Tempe Service Center!), we called them back to reschedule. They remembered us, still has our windshield ready (i.e., in stock), and arrived as scheduled. Harry has done this plenty of times on Teslas and was great, again. He took the time while working to explain the process and teach our wide-eyed 12-year-old about all the nuances of the replacement. I learned a lot too. These guys are awesome! I had an issue with my rear view mirror. It kept falling off my windshield. I tried 4 times to fix it using rear view mirror repair kits that I bought at the auto parts store. No good, the mirror kept falling off. I found Blue Chip Auto Glass by doing a google search and I am glad I did. Scheduling and getting an appointment was really easy. I scheduled a chip repair on my vehicle. Once it was time for my appointment in shop I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming front desk receptionist. The office was very nice and clean. They offered free WiFi, water and coffee. The wait was that long since it was a small chip repair or so I thought. The technician came in and notified the receptionist of a problem that went on during my repair. Then the receptionist called me in to let me know the the chip repair had failed. She said that it that due to the location of the chip repair that the technician can only "hope for the best that the repair works". My chip went from a very small chip barley noticeable to a possibly going into my sight of view. I was quoted a new windshield at a little over $300. I am more upset at the fact that the technician did not have the common courtesy to explain what the possible outcome could be before moving forward with the repair. I unfortunately did not schedule a windshield repair due to time and travel plans. I will be calling into other auto glass repairs as well to see if it's even worth repairing at there site. I had high hopes of this auto glass center given its great reviews and great location unfortunately I did not experience the same. Please beware of where your chip is on your glass and ask questions since I did not get any warnings before hand. read more

These people are the best at what they do. We had them put a windshield in our car about 6 years ago and it lasted for about 5. So we called insurance company and they said they are not a recommended provider. So some other company put in a windshield that lasted a year and look like it was in a war. I made sure we used Blue Chip again so TODAY they just finished the install. Took them twice as long because the windshield was so bad it broke up while pulling out. Had some light rust on top and clips had to be replace because they were installed improperly. Call these guys first and let them negotiate terms with insurance company.
