    This moving company was given to me when I contacted Allied. Don was nice giving the initial estimate, but included 4 large Tesla batteries in our move price. After getting the paperwork I saw batteries were not allowed on trucks. Carol had been assigned as our coordinator. So, I emailed asking if the batteries would be allowed. A day went by & I finally called her because we needed to hire electricians to remove them. Turns out, they are not allowed. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. Then 5 movers came to put our stuff in the truck. They pushed some furniture out of the way to move boxes & scratched our wood floor. When I pointed it out, I didn't even get an apology. I then was told our truck would be stored until they found a driver. WHAT!?! I called Carol and she said they had a 15 day window to get our stuff to our new home-It's in the contract. Yeah, I saw a window & figured you were covering for weather, flat tires etc. I would have chosen another company if I thought you weren't going to try & get everything there on the 1st. Which is the ONLY day ever discussed with Don. Carol said ALL companies give a window. I'm sorry, when I pay 11k I don't expect to live in my new home with no furniture, clothes or everyday needs for 15 days. They also do not have truck inventory computerized, even though they put bar code stickers on them and they can not track their drivers. Needless to say, I am not happy with my choice of Allied or Blue Chip Moving. I will happily update this review if everything arrives safely on time. Rn I'm super stressed out.

    Y'all I'm just gonna keep it real with what to expect from these moving companies. My job moved me across country and paid for everything . When seeking a moving company, I just want to say that money was NO ISSUE. I immediately made it clear that I would pay more for good service (within reason ofc). I was moving a 400sq ft apt and my car. Interaction with Duane was great and he was responsive throughout the whole process. I'm guessing they find guys like Duane to be the "finders" and to make customers feel at ease, which he did. The service was a good price compared to some other companies I looked at but it was Duane who won me over. Pickup went ok except that I was under the impression that the movers were VERY exhausted. As stated, my place is small but in the end they were asking me if I "really wanted the stuff from my bathroom" uuummm Yes!! I felt bad even saying so bc these guys were beat. They got the job done. I was upset that the company had no option for me to tip on paper so my job could reimburse me. I had to use $60 of my own cash bc there was no way I wasnt going to tip these guys. Just a sign to me that this big company doesn't care for their workers as they didn't consider this. The move was from Los Angeles to Atlanta so of course I expected it to take a couple weeks and Duane warned me that it would be up to 20 days. The move took a month. It wasn't a huge deal for me bc I had bought a couple things to stay comfortable, but the delivery man told me when he arrived that he could have gotten the pickup days earlier but the company had decided to place my things 30 miles away in Oxnard and not keep them in LA where he was located. So maybe bad communication there. When my stuff arrived, I was waiting outside the truck and they lifted the door to reveal my stuff literally had made an 8ft wall along the back of the trailer against the door. Immediately a box from the top of this wall tumbled to the ground and I heard things smash. It became apparent to me that the moving company had at some point dismantled EVERYTHING to try and make it fit. This included things I would not have had dismantled, like a vintage record stand I inherited and a water crock stand. Both of these items were broken in the move. When the stuff arrived, another man also showed up to reassemble my things. This ended up being another situation where he was ready to go before the job was done and I had to ask for him to reassemble a bathroom shelf they had taken apart. I asked about the broken items and they said it would be noted. It was at this point the truck driver told me that i had to save the sticker/barcode from each item to make a claim. This was the only verbal information I received during the whole process of how to make a claim. Maybe it was in the fine print of my receipt but it was not clearly explained. As the unpacking process continued I noticed that several things were missing ! 2 large shelves, a decorative statue and a whole 2ft/2ft canvas painting ! So how do I make a claim on things that never even arrived ? I will soon find out as I just turned in the claim form and there were no instructions for such. Overall, I'm annoyed but the whole process and don't have high hopes for much of a refund even tho I was promised "full value protection" It's my theory that these big names literally outsource EVERYTHING to small companies, probably at the lowest cost, while they rake in the cash. I doubt Duane even gets paid by Allied Van Lines. I don't really know who this Blue Chip company is but that's who they sent me to review . In short BEWARE! If they can lose and break all these things in my small move, I can't image the job they'd do on a full house. Below are some pics to show I'm legit. Side note: the auto move went perfectly!!! (Also outsourced)

    Blue Chip is the absolute WORST!!! I cannot believe how unprofessional they are. They sent workers who left their food and trash all over our home. They DESTROYED OUR FURNITURE. Essentials items like fridge, washer, dryer and couches. They lost our kitchen table leg and hardware, my sons bed hardware, and even had a box that wasn't our delivered. We have items missing like our ladder, step stool, decorative items and linens that were in boxes. Moving is already stressful and they made the move WORSE. I will never use them EVER again. They totally SCAMMED us by taking our money and RUINING our home.

    Best overall price for cross country move. Promised price is what we paid - no extra fees added. In-person sales rep (Duane Morgan) was knowledgeable and professional. He stayed in constant communication with us. Movers on both ends were professional, fast and respectful. Truck driver who picked up the goods was the same driver who delivered. He (Jaime) was a great leader and took good care of his team. Transit time was as quoted.

    My experience with Blue Chip Moving, an agent for Allied Van Lines was superb! From the initial estimate process conducted by Brad to the delivery of my items by the trucker Horacio, the experience made my cross country move a breeze. Brad was able to go through my items for a very precise estimate of cost which beat the competition! Blue Chip even connected me with a good broker to ship my car which went smooth as silk. The communication from the moving coordinator Debbie was great, and I never had a worry. Both my car and items were delivered in an extremely timely fashion and in their original condition. This was easily my least stressful move, and I have done this a couple of times. I would HIGHLY recommend that you do yourself a favor and call Brad for a free consultation today!

From the start, they took the time to walk through our home and clearly ask about everything we wanted to move so they could mentally map out how to load the truck efficiently. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. We had labeled certain items to go to one level and others to another, and they followed those directions perfectly, with everything ending up exactly where it was supposed to, with no damage and no confusion. Their organization and care were obvious in every box/container they carried and every piece of furniture they placed. Moving is usually a very stressful experience, but Fito and the Pure Moving team made it feel manageable and even reassuring. I found them to be excellent in every way, and I would highly recommend both the company and this specific crew to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and professional help on moving day.

When I first made my move in between cities in SoCal, we found Prodigy through Yelp and we were very glad we use them. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. Carlos and his moving crew were superb and worked quickly, with a positive attitude, and were willing to accommodate a lot of our requests. I had a really tough move…read moreas I live up 3 flights of steps, I have a lot of stuff, and tons of artwork that needed careful wrapping and handling. I ended up having a 2-day move. Steve and his assistants were so funny and they were quick and professional. I loved listening to them joke around in their Caribbean patois. It made the move more entertaining! When it was time to unload at the storage unit, I watched steve load many dollies, 4 wheelers, and carts with the experience of a master jenga player. He knew how to load each with a max of things that was easy to roll without anything falling off. I was super impressed. Inside my storage unit, things were packed in very well so that they left me a lot of room for me move around in between the boxes inside while the placements of everything in there made great sense. I highly recommend this company.

They arrived around 10am and were able to remove everything from my storage in an hour. Arrived at my place and was able to unload their truck in an hour. Overall they were quick with the moving. Very nice and friendly. Only thing was the price didn't match what I was originally told but I didn't complain because the service was great. I had planned to give them a bigger tip based on the price per hour I was told but when I was told how much it was it cut into their tips. I would recommend them and will use them again.

The team was efficient, respectful, and understanding of the hot mess of a move we had for them - lots of packing help with not a lot was ready to go, plus some unexpected furniture moving that required disassembly/reassembly. They came right about 15 minutes after the end of the arrival window which actually worked out well so we could prepare more for them, but overall everything was faster than they/we estimated which is great when you're paying by the hour. They used supplies we had bought from Home Depot and Amazon, plus their own for the wardrobe and other big things. One glass jar was broken in the unpacking process and they were quick to apologize and clean it up the best they could. While they ask customers to leave a review (totally understandable), I appreciate that they don't incentivize for them nor do they demand 5 stars. We'll be calling for them again, no doubt. Thank you!
