Every questioned I had was answered with honesty and the salesman Nick was patient and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I have been looking for a smaller car with better gas mileage than my suv for my daily commute to Merced. I was approached by a sales man neatly dressed by the name of Adam. He was very patient with me and took his time in answering all of my questions and concerns. I spent a couple hours there and test drove a car that caught my eye. It was a 2011 Nissan Altima and it was extremely clean and well maintained. My husband showed up about an hour later and also drove the vehicle. But when i had finally chosen a car I loved and was ready too buy they sent me over to their manager (who closes all the deals at this location) was very unhelpful, I needed to pay with a check (which I've paid with multiple times for other car purchases) but he refused too let me do so and after that he was very rude and seemed like he didn't want my business at all. After that I walked straight off his lot and went to Modesto Toyota dealership and bought the same exact car for a better price AND much better customer service. We bought a car in August 2013 from Blue Diamond and paid cash. We discovered that the CD changer didn't work while at the dealership and he said he would have someone call us within a week to get it fixed, never happened. We never received our plays and registration from them until AFTER we went to the DMV to see what was going on. We have had a about $1200 worth of work done on this car and are looking at possibly $2000 more. They are extremely shady and are not honest about the cars they sell. The car we bought should have NEVER been sold, almost seemed as though they had done a temporary fix and cleared out the OBD codes because within a few days the engine light came on. Prices are not the cheapest in town but they do have a good selection of cars. Last month I had a bad experience with them. The only reason I stopped there was because they had the model and color I have been looking for a while. We had agreed on a sale price on a BMW. They ran my credit and informed me of how my estimated monthly payment would look. The next day I came in with the cash for my down payment. The salesman then told me that he was sorry and had input the wrong information on computer the day before. My monthly payment would be an additional $70 if I was still interested. Moral of the story the salesman are young, smart, sneaky and are liars. I should have listened to my in laws. They will try to squeeze as much money as possible from the costumer.
