I just bought a 2023 Mercedes Delano Spanking New Love the way it looks, yet give the Mercedes a bad name I owned it for 1 day. The backup camera no longer works I took it in to get inspected, and the bunk bed ladder was installed incorrectly, we can not use the ladder correctly! 2 missing screens, the generator is not working after 3 weeks of owning the motor home. The sales and maintenance are good talkers, but don't take care of anything Warranty sucks So it's $151,000 down the drain That I'm committed too. I just bought a new 5th wheel from Blue Dog in Bakersfield. I loved my RV it was exactly what I wanted and a very good price. My salesman Ben was awesome. Ben knows his stuff was professional, friendly and not pushy. Stephanie the business manager worked a miracle to get me a very good loan. The guy that delivered my RV was also great but unfortunately I forgot his name. Then why only 2 stars?!?!? Well let me tell you, Once I signed my loan everything went to Hell. The sales department, the service department and me the customer had very little to zero good communication! The punch list that me and Ben did on the things that needed to be fixed before delivery was not done. The washer and dryer I asked for was not installed. Instead they installed a different washer and dryer that took up my entire closet space. They told me the washer and dryer I wanted would not fit. So they switched it out and installed something I didn't want, without talking to me. The service department changed my orientation and pick up time and day 5 times. So when I went to take delivery of my new RV it wasn't ready and wasn't what I asked for or wanted. So the RV that I loved is now this THING I don't care for, disappointed in, and disgusted with! Blue Dogs remedy for all this, was a box of free water and wastewater hoses. Never got an explanation or an apology. Now I want to upgrade to a tankless water heater BUT I refuse to use their service department. So if your in the market for a RV I don't know what to tell you other then be cautious. Make sure that the service department knows what you want and that they are not to modify your new RV without asking you first. read more

From start to finish my experience was nothing short of excellent. The moment we arrived we were greeted by the service manager, Bobby, who listened attentively to our concerns about the RV. He introduced us to the mechanic who would be working on the van and ensured us that the RV was in capable hands. Throughout the repair process the mechanic kept me informed every step of the way and explained the issues. Chris was patient and answered all of my questions never making me feel like a burden for asking. I was impressed by the honesty and integrity of both the mechanic and the service manager. They provided me with honest recommendations to ensure my van was safe and roadworthy. When the work was complete my van ran like a dream. The mechanic had done an excellent job, and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Overall, I would highly recommend Bluedog RV service and repair shop to anyone in need of honest, reliable and high quality service. Service department is terrible. 3 things wrong at time of delivery and they didn't get at least one of them repaired correctly. (One item was just to get the correct manual - they sent it 3 times and got it wrong each time). Only made it worse. I bought a 3250 grand imagine in June 2022. The sales person told us all the problems we found we're going to get fixed right away. We are in mid October and we still haven't had anything fixed. I've call grand design directly and they told us all the parts were sent in August. The sales manager at first try to help but he has the worse employees I've ever dealt with. I will never buy from blue dog RV they are the worse dealer I've ever dealt with. Think really hard before doing business with liars. Grand design it's not cheap. DO NOT TAKE YOUR RV TO GET SERVICED THERE !!!!! We were told we would get our RV back the same day .. we went on a Saturday when they opened ... mind you we live 1 1/2 away ..they told us they would try to have it ready by 5:00.. then they said no it wouldn't be ready until next week .. Then one week went by .. no phone call ... no tex .. we tried calling them left messages multiple times in the service department .. still no call .. then for 2 days their phones were down .. we called corporate office in Idaho to get help from them to reach them in Bakersfield.. got a call immediately.. just for them to tell us they haven't even gotten to our trailer ! And it was just for a one year servicing! When they called us that it was ready we were told please pick it up on Monday because they had no room for it .. they told us they were going to wash it ... we'll that wasn't done ! And they charged 108.00 service fee which they don't tell you about ... when you buy the extended warranty or when you drop off your RV to get it serviced .. Horrible experience! Beware ! We bought a travel trailer from them in February 2022, and we've regret it ever since. They never return your call, you have to ALWAYS follow up with them. We've had a warranty part on order since July of this year (currently December) and they won't give us the status! They are very frustrating to deal with, I'm beside myself.
