In 4 new trailers from 3 different places this was the FIRST time we have showed up to pickup our new unit and it be truly READY. It was clean, set up to show off and go through, and thoroughly gone through to address anything wrong or not ready BEFORE we arrived! We live 5hrs from RC and handled so much over the phone the customer service was great even taking the time to FaceTime us to go over the trailer before we drove so far. Finance was easy and great which often times not the case with buying new. The walkthrough was great and they noted a handle that needed replacing (they would have done b4 we arrived but we came for pickup quick so they had no time) so they set up for us to get it near us when we get home to be more convenient for us. Darlene handled so much with amazing customer service, Ken was so kind and helpful, Jeff took the time to FaceTime us, the walkthrough tech (forget his name) was great. I eventually knocked at the race and it indicated the bearings i was sold were the correct ones.
