It was clean, set up to show off and go through, and thoroughly gone through to address anything wrong or not ready BEFORE we arrived! We live 5hrs from RC and handled so much over the phone the customer service was great even taking the time to FaceTime us to go over the trailer before we drove so far. Finance was easy and great which often times not the case with buying new. The walkthrough was great and they noted a handle that needed replacing (they would have done b4 we arrived but we came for pickup quick so they had no time) so they set up for us to get it near us when we get home to be more convenient for us. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was handled correctly. In my opinion, Drew deserves a promotion to General Manager. He has the attitude, professionalism, and customer service skills to carry that location and make it an amazing place to do business. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience with the current General Manager. In my opinion, the Bakersfield location would be much better served with someone like Drew leading the team. Sales guy Joel was new but did great and his manager was very nice. This places actually still has great customer services. It was easy to communicate with them including their finances department. Overall very happy. Service: I was initially hesitant to buy here because of all the bad service reviews but I was told the service department was under new management. So far the service department has also been great and responsive. Daniel was able to accommodate getting me to fix a couple minor issues right away. They are also easy to get into contact with. Overall I think this is a nice place to buy a trailer from.
