I spoke…read morewith 3 different, unrelated leasing agents about getting out of my current lease & into a new one, & found out that the bank Mark used to get me my car has ENORMOUS penalties if you try to end your lease early - so now, a year into my lease, instead of having about $10k positive equity in the car as would be normal, my buyout is $10k MORE than the original MSRP the car cost! I'm sure he knew this was something that happened with this particular bank & he ALSO knew he was getting me out of another lease early at that time & he never bothered to inform me that if I used this bank, I would NOT be able to with this car. I now believe that when he realized that I was serious about getting another car before my current lease is up, he either purposely ignored me or quoted cars outside my budget because he knew he wouldn't be able to get me out of my current lease & didn't want to have to explain to me why. ORIGINAL: I got a car with Mark & it went OK, but there were a few issues even in the beginning. There was a lot of back & forth on getting the proper insurance paperwork. Every time I got it, he remembered something else that needed to be on there & I had to call Geico yet AGAIN to get the documents revised. It felt like it was his first time doing this when I'm sure most of these things are routine. He also didn't show up when I went to get the car, but sent his younger brother instead. When I got to see the car, the entire bottom of the trunk was scraped and both his brother & the dealer tried to deny there was any damage & only when we showed them it was indeed deeper scratches that were not going to "wax off", did they try to offer a fix. I was able to get it fixed on my own, but I didn't appreciate the leasing agent trying to lie about the damage just to make his buck. This is not the first time I've leased a car with an agent. Previous agents had already examined the car & made sure all car mats, paperwork, etc were there before I even got there. Regardless, I was still appreciative that I was able to get the car I wanted, so I gave $300 cash to Mark as an extra thank you. Now after all the business & the appreciation, with how Mark acted, you would think I'm someone who just came off the street. He has a very bad habit of reading text messages & either taking forever to respond, or, just not responding AT ALL. I tried to address this with him - I understand people can't always have an immediate answer, but at least make a point to respond within a reasonable amount of time without making the customer feel like they're running after you. I also understand that it may not be possible to give an accurate quote as to what a lease would cost until some research is done, HOWEVER if we've spoken several times already about a certain car, & you know that the original quote you gave is inaccurate, wouldn't you let me know that before wasting more of your own & my time on it? I wasted an entire day driving to different dealerships looking to test drive this car only to find out later that night that after almost 2 WEEKS of going back & forth with him, he couldn't find it in the range he had originally quoted me, even though he had supposedly been looking all that time. I continued to try to work with Mark, but being left on read so many times with zero response has left an incredibly sour aftertaste. It appears unless you are the type of client who is going to make the deal easy & not ask too many questions, they don't want to deal with you. Rather be up front & say you can't help, then ignore or string someone along. I would recommend finding an agent who will respect you and your time.

Stevie, introduced himself and assured me that if i/we (my partner and I) came to them, that they'd guarantee us a great experience with the right car and the right price. My partner and I went there on Saturday 11/19/16 around 4:00 p.m. When we got there we waited awhile. They have a very nice, decorative, organized and welcoming lobby. They have a coffee, tea, water and snack counter to keep you nourished while you waited. After an hour or so, we were told to go to Anna's Office, who was the manager and another broker. Anna's energy was positive from the beginning. She was extremely knowledgeable about cars, financing, and had incredible insight in taking the best route for our budget. We wanted to buy a car in cash right out but when she heard our long term plans and goal in wanting to invest in a really good vehicle that would last us essentially our lifespan- she advised us in getting a new 2016 nissan (which we told we were interested in a Nissan Altima). She knows of a place that could get us a powertrain/engine lifetime warranty on any brand new Nissan. Let me tell you- no other place will ever ever offer this kind of warranty. After negotiating, revising, reflecting, back and forth with Anna, we decided we wanted to go forward with a 2017 Nissan Rogue. Anna told us that she will find us exactly what we wanted by Monday morning. On Sunday, I texted Anna (though she's off on Sunday), that I've been doing research on the exact Nissan Rogue that we wanted. We told her we wanted a 2017 Nissan all black Nissan Rogue with the family package (includes third row) and premier package (all view camera, navigation, etc). She told us, "I got you, no worries." Long and behold, Monday morning at 11am, we got a phone call from Anna telling us she's been in touch with the dealer and asked if we could go to the Nissan Dealer in Queens (hillside) to check out a few Nissans to know exactly what we wanted. We got there around 2:30 p.m and was greeted by Arnold, a very nice salesman on the floor and. By Igal, an older gentleman that works with Anna. After checking out a few Nissan, we were told that all the Nissan rouge with the family package was sold out :(. We were extremely disappointed. However, Arnold being a great and intuitive sales-rep, took 45-1hr going through the inventory thoroughly one more time and found 1 left!!! We were excited. In a matter of two hours. The car was driven to the dealership from Belmont, inspected, cleaned, serviced, all while Anna was handling paperwork from the bank, car insurance and paperwork with Igal. Anna DID everything. My partner and I literally just sat there while everything was being done between Anna, the bank, Nissan (Igal and Arnold) and car insurance. She was cracking down numbers for us to make sure we were staying within budget. By 6:00pm- my partner and I signed and did all the paperwork that were all done collaboratively with Anna and Nissan- all DMV papers and plates done at Nissan- and we drove away happy. We drove away in 2017 all grey Nissan Rogue with the family package and premier package, with only 10 miles, $135 for full coverage car insurance (yup $135- no error), powertrain lifetime warranty and an additional Lifetime warranty bumper to bump up to 100,000 miles! We love our new car! We can't wait to drive it home to RI for thanksgiving!! I highly recommend this place. We walked in Saturday and left with a car the very next Monday. I recently bought a Maserati Granturismo MC from Signature Pre-Owned. I knew this car inside and…read moreout long before this purchase, and I have kept an eye on this very model, both in person (in Italy & the US) and online. The experience I had with Victor at Signature Pre-Owned was exceptional. Yes, you could sometimes find a better price for similar models on auction websites such as Bring-a-trailer or Cars&Bids (this car was previously listed there as well), but if you pay a few bucks more, in exchange for a complete maintenance history, clear Carfax/CarVertical etc., and literally close-to-new mechanicals, appearance and presentation, this is the place to buy a car. Plus, in my specific case, I got an incredible deal, which made my family and the seller very satisfied. My recommendation: Before you buy, know and love the exact car you want, do your own research, and be clear about the price and what you are willing to discuss. I applaud Signature's clarity, professionalism, fairness, and competence (when I bought it, they even serviced it and ran al the diagnostics again with me present... during the Holidays!). I recommend them wholeheartedly. On a related note, if you decide to buy an Italian Masterpiece (as in the case of this Maserati), I recommend you ignore the rumors you might find online (such as poor reliability, constant issues, quirky or outdated electronics). In my life I was lucky and blessed to be able to own and drive German cars, US muscle, Japanese, French, and British cars, but... the Italians are just on a whole another level. The Granturismo MC is not only a beast (the Formula-1 sounding 4.7 L Ferrari-Maserati F136 Y MC spec is in my view one of the best engines, ever), but it is perfect. It has absolutely no issues to this day, runs perfectly, and there isn't a day where hearing its roar does not put a smile on my face (as well as my wife's and my kids'). I also believe that this Maserati is one of the best (if not "The" best) looking cars in automotive history.
