True story - I spoke to Mike on a Monday morning. Told him what we were looking for, he made some recommendations, we did some research and emailed him what car we decided on Tues morning. We called some car insurance companies for quotes, and Mike got us the paperwork for that car on the same day. A little back and forth with the paperwork, and our car was delivered to our door Wed afternoon. Like that was it - spoke to Mike on Monday morning, sent him a thank you email by Wed afternoon. Mike does not care about his customers, he always seems agitated when you call them in regards to a…read morecar that you are paying for from them. I got the car in September it has been problem after problem since I got it. When you call to see if they can help you figure out the issue, they want you to leave the car for 4 days. Um I need to drive to get around, it would be nice if they did a loaner program while they have your car but it would be even better if they actually make sure the car is in good condition before you actually leave with it. From the beginning my light was missing, the bumper was beat up and other things, I know it's not a new car but presentation is everything, they don't even clean out the cars but I guess since it's bhph due to poor credit, this is what you get. I am totally disappointed with them and stuck with a vehicle that has issues weekly. I'm praying that the bbb can help me get out of this scam of a vehicle. Worst decision ever.... Harvey is nice and helpful but can't do much about anything
